Thought give them a second chance as they messed up my other car!!! Booked a service online for a Sunday, staff were late opening up. Eventually came and customers had to queue to be served. After waiting for ten minutes was told cannot service on Sundays!!! JOKE of a service centre, rude staff will not take responsibility. Was not refunded there and then. UTTERLY DISGUSTING, HOW CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH IT?

I keep returning to the Stratford-on-Avon branch, as I keep getting great service without all the nonsense. I took my car in for tyres and asked them to look at another problem while they had the car raised. Left them to it and came back to find they were honest enough to say it wasn't really a problem and remedied it in moments. Other garages would have tried to rinse me and say I needed a new this or that. They were busy at the Stratford-on-Avon branch and I can see why, keep it simple and professional and people will keep coming back. Many thanks to Andy and Josh, credit where its due.

Booked my car in for MOT but when i turned up i was told that the equipment needed to do this for Diesels was faulty. Not a problem but when i turned up the following week having rebooked the told me the same thing. No one bothered to call to tell me this and now i have a car that i cant drive as it has no MOT and i also cant tax it because of this. Will never use F1 Autocentres again

On entering I was warmly greeted by you Manager,Simon, who went out of his way to explain to me how to resolve my car problem. The whole team were excellent and the car problem was rectified on time well done to all the staff involved you have now a new happy customer.

Had a service booked at formula one Stratford and they were very efficient and kept me up too date all the way. Will recommend.

I was quoted 58 per tyre and I had four as they said they would beat my other quote of 240 all in . I was charged 258 due to extra charges of disposal for Tires and balancing so it didn't beat my first quote . The gentleman driving my car out of the garage then grinds the hell out of my gears parking it up . When paying for my tires there is a mug sat on the counter reading ( even Jesus thinks your a **** ) disgraceful. Never use them again . I felt lied to , car miss treated and offended . I was contacted by the area manager and has since resolved the issue on all counts . Very quick to resolve the issues I brought up and happy with swift action taken

4new tyres fitted . Excellent, informative service from the manager . The mechanics were friendly too .
All done and dusted within an hour .

I have no idea where these high ratings are from but I am beyond disappointed! I was supposed to have my scheduled aircon regas they let me go ahead and book and pay only to find out that THEY APPARENTLY HAVE NO AVAILABLE STUFF TO DO IT! They're telling me to refund it but what difference does it make if the refund would take days! Just freaking ridiculous! The thing is I come from a third world country but it seems like "FIRST WORLD COUNTRIES" like here seems to have MORE INNEFICIENCY THAN ANY third world country. EVERYTHING IS JUST TO INNEFICIENT AND SLOW

Have used the Stratford upon Avon branch before for new tyres and service and found the staff efficient and helpful.
Recently we were due to leave for holiday and could not find locking nuts for our Porsche. After trying everyone including Porsche I went to Formula one and the manager and all staff went out of their way and found them in a hidden compartment in the car!
They refused to accept any payment for their time.

had tyres fitted at stratford upon avon branch easy online booking and the two lads fitted with care also saved about £60 compaired to other online tyre companys very pleased alround

I booked an MOT with Formila One using BookMyGarage.com
Three weeks later I show up at the garage and they tell me they there is no booking for me. Not sure who’s at fault, but I am now left with a problem. Very unhappy customer.

Update: After filling some data on their customer service site, I was called by the regional manager, that helped me get a slot on the Redditch branch. The service there was great!!
