Great service from everyone. Very polite, got the job done quick very helpful. Had my drop link done on my Corsa. Was unsure the problem but could spot the problem straight away and get it sorted.

Highly recommend perfect service all round Staff went out there way to resolve issues I had thank you most definitely coming back to you guys.

Went to these guys for my brakes on 2 different cars now always competitive on price and way cheaper than main dealer. Front of house spot on and technicians that talk you through everything 5 stars minimum

I arrived at the Newhaven branch unannounced, first thing on a Sunday morning, with a ruined tyre in the boot of my dad's car.

The garage was busy, but the guy who greeted me was very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful.

After less than 30 minutes, the wheel had a new tyre on and I was on my way back to my stranded car to refit and set off home.

Couldn't recommend the place enough

I have visited Formula One Rugby on numerous occasions for all my family car needs and I honestly can not fault the service there.
All such nice people and got to know one of the managers there Sean which I trust with all the vehicles I take there for any work.
Will highly recommend others to use Rugby store as they are genuine and not like other garages out there.

Just been today with my Kia to do my front alignment and all 4 wheel balancing,amazing job done by the guys 😁👍very happy perfect job done compare with the other garages they done it perfect,I defenely recomand

I used Formula 1 in Rugby for the first time yesterday...and what a Good Decision. I needed two tyres fitting after having a blow out the night before. Polite, friendly, quick to get the stock in, Adam went the extra mile when my anti theft locking nut was found to be distorted. He literally saved me a lot of hassle as well as money. I will always be using them in the future.

I always use my local F1 Autocentre for servicing and other regular maintenance jobs. Staff are always friendly and communicate clearly, and they never carry work out without checking in first. Plus the pricing is competitive.

Had 2 terrible experiences with the Leicester Wigston branch, took a chance and used the rugby branch instead. What a difference. Courteous service and no problems at all. Have taken 2 cars there in the last month and been more than happy

Had a service yesterday and the car is running beautifully.

Not the first time I've used Formula One and it won't be the last. Although my car wasn't ready due to the wrong part being ordered I was happy with the outcome and it was completed ahead of schedule the next day.
Great staff, great communication.
