Came in today for a check over, also had a rear light not working. They put a new bulb in and didn’t even charge me! This garage always looks after me and I will not go anywhere else. 5 star performance as always

Super helpful and knowledgeable team! Really impressed with the service offered at Rayleigh from our phone call regarding error messages on our car dash. Car was seen that night and needed one new battery and alternator that they replaced the next day and due to complexity of car even stayed late to get the job finished. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite and professional, especially a gentleman called Micheal who could not do enough and literally went above and beyond to get me an me daughter back on the road safely. Would absolutely 100% Recommend this garage to anyone and plan to go back there in the future for any mechanical issues.

Avoid this place. Ordered and paid for my tyres online, took time to travel to the fitting centre who after keeping me waiting for 15 mins told me they didn't have my tyres in stock even though I'd ordered and paid for them in advance. Shockingly bad customer experience. Don't waste your time with these amateurs.

Went in with a flat tyre. Left the car with them, they called back to advise that it was just a valve change. No charge! Excellent service!

Booked for a tyre to be changed. Turned up on the agreed day and time, got turned away as they advised they were too busy. Reluctantly I booked for the next day after rearranging my work, exactly the same scenario - turned up on time and advised they’re too busy. Absolutely shocking to mess customers around in this way, never going back, cancelled the order and going somewhere else. Not even an apology, just like it or lump it attitude. Disgusting.

Not a good start really. Great booking a time slot, except when I arrrived I was greeted with I’ll be at least an hour wait before we can look at it. Forget it I’ll come back tomorrow I said. You can have anytime he said. 4:15pm please. Sorry can’t have that it’s gone! Unbelievable!! 4:45pm I arrived. 20 minutes has already passed and not a stitch happening. Asked the receptionist who said we’re work as quick as we can! Really. Didn’t exactly look rushed off their feet. Had a bad experience here before years ago and said I’d never come back, wish I hadn’t. Only getting 2 stars for the price but as they say you pay peanut and you get monkeys!!! I’d avoid personally

Update: 45minutes so far for 2 tyres! Gonna be a long evening.

Update 2: So it took an hour 2 fit 2 tyres. Crazy. But then when it got better. Young lad come to ask if I’d like my spare putting back under the carpet in the boot. Well that is where it lives so yes please. Then it sits on ramp while he’s on his mobile. Returned to reception to ask what the hold up was. Sorry sir but he can’t drive it out as he doesn’t have a drivers license. You really couldn’t make it up!!

Awful. I will never visit this garage again. Service was cancelled hours after drop off, MOT done before service without asking me if I wanted to wait for it to be serviced.
They caused a fault on my car that resulted in a failed MOT and me driving unknowlingly with a major fault. They also left my car dirty, and with low tyre pressure. Very poor service!

They fixed my car and showed me the parts that were damaged and removed for transparaency
