I had 2 new tires fitted by the team at Formula One a few months ago -Popped in today to see if they could deal with a screw lodged in the tread of one of these tyres. Not only did they fix it on the spot, but carried out the work without charge! What a team. Thanks very much guys.

I went with my son to take his Peugeot 107 for 2 x front tyres. I had ordered 2 kumho brand tyres online. I chose a time and date. Arrived at the Abbey lane Leicester branch. Courteous staff, comfortable warm waiting room. Had to wait around 45 minutes, but you expect that. Keys handed back, all done. I can recommend Formula 1 especially ordering on line. The Kumho tyres are very good, in the rain, and give good fuel economy, and don't break the bank.
I had a puncture and used puncture sealant.I was told by one of your competitors that due to the use of sealant I would require a new tyre.
I then contacted Formula 1. they stated that it was fixable. I took the car to the Leicester branch where the team were very helpful ,honest and happy to help.
They certainly are a winning Formula 1 team,ten out of ten.
Bought tyres via Asda and chose Formula One to fit them rather than my regular place back in March. What a big mistake. The tyre kept losing air and needed refilling with air every few days. I took the car back to them to have a look. They confirmed that the tyre wasn't sealed properly. They re-did it but even now, the tyre needs to be refilled with air every month. Disappointed and wont be recommending them.

Just like to say thank you to you guys at formula 1 Abbey lane Leicester, Great job as usual, Staff friendly, didn't have to wait too long, puncture repaired and my air con gas recharged, Decent price too,
After a very upsetting experience at Eden Tyres Leicester, where I was subjected to poor service and a threat to my personal safety (a technician shockingly stating he “knows where I live” after I raised concerns), I turned to Formula One Autocentre Leicester for help — and I’m so glad I did.
From the moment I walked in, Paul greeted me warmly and remembered me from a past visit, which instantly made me feel more at ease. I shared what had happened, and he genuinely listened and showed real care and professionalism.
On inspection, they discovered not only the suspension issue Eden had noted, but also a nail in one tyre and a split in another — both of which Eden had completely missed despite advising one tyre pressure was super low. In addition fluid was leaking, again Eden Tyres did not mention this.
Thanks to Formula One Autocentre, everything is now being taken care of. The difference in service, safety, and professionalism is night and day.
💯 Highly recommend them do much Di I have not shopped around for quotes — and above all, I feel safe, respected, and confident in the work being done
Excellent service from Joe at the Abbey Lane branch. I was unable to remove the headlamp buld connector to replace a blown bulb. Joe had to remove the headlamp unit to change the bulb and also replaced the side light bulb. All done in ten minutes and no charge. I have used this branch in the past and will keep coming back.

i write in appreciation of the quality of service Formula one has shown me on 4 February 2025 in the morning i took my C1Citroen into Abbey Lane Leicester with as dull clunking sound - not only was i promptly seen but attention given to the problem, the car being taken for a test run, i was given a prognosis and a cost quotation and then to my astonishment i was told the work could then be carried out and i could return later that afternoon to collect it - this was done and i was delighted, no delays, sheer professionalism and courtesy i had heard of the reputation of Formula One after being lead nonsense over bein told parts would have to ordered, booking in when ETA was possible etc but no certainty and for customer service by the main Leicester Citroen dealer - not good but yes Formula One not just but very good - my thanks
you request a replacement of rear discs and pads, and they add an oil change with an additional charge of 25 pounds, a front alignment, a brake fluid change that was done three months before

Always friendly and helpful and go the extra mile. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for a service, MOT or tyres.
Hello everyone, I have full service my car but they didn’t replace fuel filter. When I call them they said they’re not included so please guys make sure.

I used the F1 Autocentre in Leicester on Abbey Lane. Had a screw puncture a tyre and thought it needed replacing. Got booked in for the next day. Paul advised they might not need to replace the tyre if it was repairable. It was and they did the repair free of charge. So no replacement needed. Great honest service and the original replacement price was good too!

This observation might be a little late but better late than never.
In June I was a tourist in Leicester having hired a car at Heathrow two days before arriving in Leicester. Soon after hiring the car I noticed that the tyre pressure indicator indicated low pressure.
Not a problem, I just pumped the tyre up.
Late Saturday morning when I left my accommodation in Leicester to drive to York I noticed that the tyre was practically deflated so I went to a tyre supply place conveniently next door for a repair but was told .. ' sorry, we don't have a spot, we can fix you up on Monday'. They did pump the tyre up but there I was, an Australian tourist in a city that I didn't know with only an inflation can in the boot and no spare. When did auto service places close on a Saturday in the UK?
Formula One Autocentre was then suggested to me and I went there. Even though they had their Saturday booked with jobs the friendly guy at reception heard my plight and actually apologised, 'sorry, I don't know when it will be, but if you want to wait in the waiting lounge I'll give you a call when it's done'.
In an hour or two it was done and the service and consideration that I received really cannot be adequately recorded here. I was very impressed and thankful.
Many things in the UK are different from Australia and a few things can seem 'foreign' but that consideration was comforting and will not be forgotten by me. Thanks.
I went in to the Abbey Lane branch, friendly staff and extremely helpful. After dealing with Sturgess Leicester with a problem with my Grandland X, who charged me £150 to look at my problem and still couldn’t resolve it. The guys here resolved the issue in 10 minutes. Great service received.
I went in for a wheel bearing they told me a price of 180 and then before they even looked at the car to see the problem they told me it's damaged the threads on the drive shaft and that they need to re tap the threads how ever they didn't they told me they used Fag bearing then put on a cheaper brand and charged me £141 for a £47 bearing and hub that I didn't need I asked at the time was it a bearing kit the man said no and then it's says on my receipt bearing kit I was charged £298 for a the job that they didn't need to do and lied to my face he told me my wheel could fall off which is completely a lie they put a charge in for re alinement that didn't need doing the receipt didn't even make sense. They are completely a rip off company!! I later found out they did the same thing to a lady family member of mine. All done my operator fc006. I have taken the car to an independent mechanic now and he said they didn't retap any threads and what they charged me for was a complete rip off and didn't do what they said they had done.
