Wow! Genuinely first-class service from start to finish.

I called the King's Lynn branch because I needed a new spare tyre and being stuck at work, I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to get it replaced before everyone closed.

I received true 5* service, they ensured they had the tyre I needed, promised it would be waiting for me when I arrived; I got back to King's Lynn and went straight there, they had the tyre fitted in record time

Quite simply "Right product, Right price, Right time"

My wife's car had a slow puncture and i took it to the guys at the Kings Lynn site. The service was great, told me it would take about 20 minutes to sort and thats exactly how long it was. Big thanks to Oliver, explained what he had to do to solve the issue and gave me some great advice on how to look after the vehicle as its a short journey car. All round a great experience. Well done guys always a friendly bunch when i go there and need some work doing. Great value for money too.

So I arrived at the centre 30 min earlier than anticipated! I was welcomed and greeted with the utmost professionalism, although I only had a tyre replaced, it was dealt with in a timely manner and in no time I was back on the road!
I was seen by Dave who had an exceptional customer understanding, would not hesitate to recommend the kings lynn branch…

F1 kings Lynn excellent service can’t fault them

Kings Lynn branch are a bunch of cowboys. My step daughter took her car in to be repaired for brakes. Total cost of £945. As it was a hot day they asked if they could use her air con. They said they would top it up for free. Now they can't remember any of it and said she was making it up. Young guy who says he is the manager is a joke.....

I bought my tyres on line at a good price and then booked a fitting slot at the Kings Lynn branch.. they were accommodating when my work shift was bought forward and I got to the centre early. The locking wheel nut was stripped and they had to removed it and it was replaced with a normal wheel nut.
The tyres took very little time to fit and the also allowed me to haggle the tracking price down .. all in all a positive experience and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.. well done

Very pleased with all aspects of my experience. Easy online booking for my MOT and ws kept up to date with how things went and what was required. Able to carry out required work the same day and at a competitive price.

When dropping the car off at a pre-booked appointment, was told the aircon regas procedure would take 1 hour. Returned an hour later and they hadn't even started. Overall it took over 2 hours to do something that other garages do in 40 minutes. They didn't seem to think this was a problem suggesting this was their usual way of working and dealing with customers.

Both chaps I spoke to over the phone, and those who greeted me, were faultless - a real pleasure to deal with and a great sense of humour too.

I have a ridiculously old Warrior with non-standard tyres that they ordered in especially for me and fitted at my convenience - what more could I ask for?

My initial MOT appointment had to be cancelled as the inspector was unwell but I received a courtesy phone call and they rearranged it for another day. Friendly staff, pretty efficient.
