I had two tyres fitted for my mini at the Hastings branch, man in reception couldn’t have been more helpful and so polite. I would highly recommend formula one autocentres Hastings excellent service.

Had my land rover freelander cambelt and walter pump done and full service and mot staff very helpful and told how long it would take and was called as soon as the eofk was done grate staff expland to me all the work thay done very good price no hidden extras price quoted was the price I paid i will be coming back when needed great service

I booked online for a service and MOT and in advance, I was told to fetch my car in 8:30 in the morning which I did I asked him to check the front pads for me, I rang up at three o'clock to see if I could pick it up and apparently the MOT hasn't been done yet it wasn't booked into 4-30 so why ask me to go there at 8:30 in the morning when the MOT isn't being done till 4:30 and they give me a advisory to do my front brakes and discs which I ask them to do when I arrived 8:30 in the morning and they didn't do it they told me to come back after Christmas all day they had my car from 8-30 until 5-30 for a service and MOT outrageous I certainly won't be using them again!

So helpful. I always worry when using a new garage but couldn’t be happier with the service I got today. Perfect !!

What a great place. Have had some minor repairs in the past and found them very efficient. This time took my car in with a coolant tank leak. They spent a long time finding the fault was a water pump and looking into costs when I realised it was covered under warranty. They allowed me to leave the car overnight awaiting vehicle recovery and then refused payment for the time they had spent. Will definitely use again.

A few extra miles on the clock and tank completely empty. Won't be going back.

I have a few cars/vans and always use F1, they are always very friendly and helpful and offer a very competitive price, will always return for anything I need.

I returned again this year for the service and MOT of my car. The staff are so friendly and helpful and gave a clear outline of issues that needed fixing without pressuring me to have them do them work. I elected for them to do the work and was not disappointed. I would recommend them to anyone local. Great work and such nice guys!!

Had a service and MOT booked. Unfortunately it failed with a cracked wheel. The member of staff referred me to a wheel repair specialists. The wheel was repaired and the car passed the MOT within one day.

Fair price for the work, clear communication on when to be there/how I'd be contacted during the day and at the point of collection.

Excellent service, as always. A visitor, to me, had an illegal tyre and Alan managed to fit me in and get it changed at very short notice. Many thanks to the team at Ore.

The service here at Hastings F1 was too notch. I was informed the whole way through my cars service and as soon as it was ready, I was given a phone call to come and collect. The lad who dealt with me was very I formative all the way thorough and the lads also did two puncture repairs for free which was great of them to do so. Will always go back and recommend them to other car users.

While out for a drive bank holiday Monday, I heard a noise from under the car, not constantly but there.
I called in at Formula one in Hastings without an appointment.
The supervisor took a quick look, although very busy and fixed it within a few minutes.

Alan could not have been more helpful, they were very busy yet with at least 6 customers in front of myself had my tyre repaired by Brandon within 35 minutes of arrival .This kind of service is very rare these days and Alan and Brandon are extremely professional and polite, great skills gents keep up the good work Regards Rick

The service is second to none went in for a headlight bulb and was told to sit and wait whilst a new one put in this is my second visit and have already booked in for my M.O.T thank you allan

Superb servive. Quick fitting and reasonably priced

I was recovered by Rac to Formula one Autocentres at 12.30 noon for a split in my thermostatic housing unit. They were able to source the part, fit it and have it ready by 5pm same day... brilliant service!! Thank you so much to Alan and his team for going above and beyond.
