I initially went to the centre to have wheel balancing done. On arrival, it was established that one of my tyres was worn to a dangerous level and the car was un-driveable. The required tyres were not in stock and I was going away on business. Jake offered to keep my car and do the necessary work whilst I was away. I collected it 4 days later, when I returned. Superb service. Thank you.

Booked in and paid for two front tyres on black circles to be fitted at their Harlow branch, I had the choice of slots in half an hour windows on the website, I selected at 8.30am. When I arrived I was told incredibly rudely by Jake, who sat in an office labelled "manager" that it was a four hour window and I had to leave my car with them until 12.30 and they would "try and squeeze me in". Bit confused as there was no mention of this on the website, I tried to explain that I was given 30 minute slots to which I was just spoken over. Another lad who was the one I originally was dealing with politely at the counter, who I presume was embarrassed by Jake's behaviour kindly offered to book me in for a fixed slot at 12.45 the next day.

When I returned the next day at 12.45 low and behold Jake is there and again, rudely tells me that I'm booked in for 1.30. I explained that I was booked in for 12.45, and that he knew this as he heard the conversation yesterday. He then reluctantly admitted that I was indeed booked in for 12.45 but that the tyre fitter was running 45 minutes behind so it wouldn't be started until 1.30. Unless you like being spoken to rudely and being lied to I'd highly recommend avoiding this place. To be fair, the guys doing the actual work seemed nice enough and were working at their limit. I don't understand why this business are paying for a "manager" like Jake who sits at a computer, is rude to customers and stands outside smoking for most of the hour and a half I had the misfortune of being in this branch. I feel sorry for the staff who have to work under such management. Maybe if he changed a tyre or two instead of gormlessly staring at a computer, smoking or being rude to people they might not be running behind schedule. 1 star is generous, use kwik fit across the road and you'll be on your way in 10 minutes without an appointment.

Got to stop trying to rip customers off they tried to get me to have £580 of work done which was not needed will never use again and will advise all my friends not to go near them

I booked and paid for a tyre and my aircon to be gassed up the tyre bit was ok but the aircon no chance.
I booked a week in advance and paid on line. when I got there they told me they didn't have enough gas and I could either wait 3-4 hours of come back next week. I said I'd come back and booked another appointment, turn up today and I'm told they don't have a nozzle. when I pointed out that this was the second time I'd been there they guy said well they don't know what we have on line was rude and treated me like I was being a nuisance for expecting the service I'd paid for.
So for 48 miles of driving I have one tyre I could have got less that a mile from me.

Got my car serviced in the Harlow branch. Cheap oil used and service light is back up as it needs an oil according to the AA. Poor centre - use ATS Master

I used to really rate this company, but they have really gone down in my estimations. When you put your car in for a certain job to be done, you will get a phone call telling you that some thing else needs to be done. Now my car was in for an MOT a couple of weeks previously so my brake pads should have been checked then surely, but I was told that they only due a basic MOT check. I'm really not happy so I will be using the services of another garage from now on plus I will be checking with the other garage that the job that i was told was done, was done.

We ordered the tire needed online at a competitive price and booked a time to have it fitted we were 15 minutes early but the staff were extremely polite and professional they took the relevant information they needed.
The tire was fitted within 20 minutes.

Chris at formula 1 in Harlow went above and beyond to help with a few different issues I had with my A1 recently. I couldn’t have gotten the car through the MOT without his knowledge. Turnaround times at this centre are brilliant and the pricing is pretty good also. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else now (especially not Audi!).

All round honestly great staff went for 4 new tyres great price quick change defo recommend this garage
