I now use Formula 1 Stoke My No 1 go to Place
I now use Formula 1 stoke as ny go to place for all my vehicle needs. Andy and the team are fantastic and i am always made to feel welcome and greeted as such. All work undertaken has been correctly diagnosed and repaired. Great value for money too and Andy is always spot on with his knowledge of vehicles and the range of Formula 1 components needed to complete any job. Well done Andrew and Team

Having driven through flood water on the dual carriageway, a panel underneath my car came lose and was dragging on the ground.
The team at Stoke helped me without any problems. Great, fast, value service.

Very efficient and friendly
Had all 4 tyres done the other day but couldn’t find my locking wheel nut key. This meant it couldn’t be done, once we had found it they were able to fit us in the very next day!! Staff were really friendly! Big thanks

F1 refused to do simply puncture on electric car or Hybrid!
Used F1 for years always good service but today had a puncture in my wife BMW i3 booked it in on arrival at the Hanley depot Stoke on Trent, the chap on reception said “Is that a Hybrid” I said “no” its all electric sorry he says “we dont do tyres on anything electric head office say the tyres are different side walls and thickness are different ” So left (never to return) and went to a local tyre dealer no questions asked simple repair cost £12

I'd give them 6 stars if I could!
In a world where everything seems to be automated and impersonal, to find a place where all the staff, were honest, reassuringly competent, and friendly was an absolute revelation. Even when my locking wheelbolt key broke, they had the answer!
Having previously dealt with most of the big - name competition, I wouldn't now go anywhere else. Bravo.

Booked in for an MOT at short notice
Booked in for an MOT at short notice. Promised for 5pm, but as I needed the car earlier Andy and Paul bust a gut to get it done earlier. The car passed the test first time - and they pointed out that the front tyres would need replacing in 2,000 miles and so didn’t try to “make more value” from the MOT. I have a natural cynical bent, but Formula 1 gave totally gained my trust.

Great service
Great service, I have an old fabia vrs, and always take it to formula one on leek road as they do most things while you wait. It has not been the easiest of cars to work on and today with a bit of hammering and banging it got through its MOT. They don’t let you down and persevere against all odds, always taken it there and is defo my go to garage, great service, great work thanks.

Reliable
The team at the Hanley branch never let me down. Always take my bmw here for my wheel alignment, only place that seem to get it right. All the staff are always friendly and understanding. If I book at a time it usually straight in when I arrive

Went to formula one auto centres in…
Went to formula one auto centres in Hanley on Monday was greeted by Andrew the manager was asked to take a seat on waiting room which was clean and tidy was updated with the tyre which was unrepairable, they checked the alignment and showed me the old tyre which was wearing uneven wouldn’t of known anything about this until I was shown by the staff there highly recommend formula one auto centres in Hanley
