Very poor customer service. I didn't mind that they that asked me to come in early since I was available but the receptionist was rude when I asked him to switch my front and back tyres which I usually do for a fee, he refused and told me that I need to book an appointment for that! I didn't get pissed off because he refused to do but his attitude and the way he said it pissed me off. Never using Farnborough F1 again.

I had 2 new front tyres fitted (online order and Formula one Autocentre Farnborough to fit them). The fitter took the car for wheel alignment checking even I didn't ask for it. I never thought the car needed it but somehow he showed me it was out of alignment. After agreeing to have it aligned and paid for it, straight after leaving the garage it was very obvious that the car was pulling to the right (middle of the road) and the steering wheel was pointing to the left. I immediately took the car back for checking it again and apparently it was a lot worth than before after the mechanic checking it again. I was sold something that was not needed at all just because the garage was not busy at all and trying to make some money selling something that was perfectly fine before!!!

Polite, friendly and helpful staff right from my initial telephone enquiry. Took my car in to have a slow puncture repaired and this was done without a charge. Amazing service. Will definitely use this centre again and would highly recommend to others.

I’m always nervous letting people work on my car. I went in for a puncture repair. The guys there were extremely friendly and very well mannered. The service was quick and done well. 100% recommended.

Never had any issues with the guys at the farnborough branch. Twice now I have booked my car in for tyre repair and they’ve done it free of charge. I’ve moved away from the area but they’re my first port of call if I have issues with my cars.

Excellent service and fitted my car very last minute as I desperately needed my car but it had a flat tyre. I was showed me that I had a problem with the bar and he aligned it to save me going through so many tyres in the future. Will definitely use again.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but it is so rare to get professional and friendly service. They fixed my son’s tyre for free. I will be giving them my future business.

Worst experience ever 2nd time at F1 autocentre Farnborough. Ordered 4 tyres through E-tyres, went to the appointment !2 weeks later! but the centre said they received only 2 tyres. They even gave me a call on that day when I made the order and confirmed the 4 tyres fittings date. They should not take the delivery if it is not the correct amount of tyres. They told me to sort this out myself... Thank you very much

Had my MOT and service booked at Farnborough. It started off pretty disastrous after not being booked in properly but Sean managed to get me booked back in as soon as possible. He kept me updated with the service and had it all done within half the day. Thank you Sean!

Took an unpaid day off work to have a full service and MOT completed. During the booking in stage I stated the spark plugs are overdue and to please change them during the service.

When I went to collect the vehicle to my disappointment the plugs had not been completed but they did offer to make another appointment for these to be completed on another date.

I wasn’t overly pleased that I would have to give up my time again for this and asked if I would be charged labour again and told no.

They then quoted me £116 to change plugs despite the correct plugs for this vehicle from a Nissan main dealer are only around £5 each!! (4 off required)

I turned down there offer and will not use them again as they are unreliable.

The paperwork I was presented with also states there was no spare tyre and it wasn’t checked despite the fact there is one and it’s easily accessible, this does make me wonder what else hasn't been done.
