Spoke to the manager Ben regarding some tyres for my car. Super quick service and sorted the next day all tracked up and balanced car drives much better now

Being a mobile mechanic in crewe, I use Ben and Ryan’s team a lot to do jobs I can’t! They’re always helpful, and always manage to fit me in around my customers. Top friendly and efficient team!

Fitting in for a service just before we went away on holiday, spotted a major problem that could of caused issues with the journey, and had my car repaired and returned back to me in time for me to go away for the bank holiday weekend. Booked appointment on line after viewing and paying for my tyres. Easy to do, good product choice, large product range to choose from. This enabled me to price up tyres from a number of outlets and compare cost. F1 were reasonable, the product good and cheaper than the competitors. The service was efficient, the staff friendly and helpful. I would recommend F1 to anyone looking to purchase tyres, a quality product that cost less than a similar tyre at other outlets. Couldn't be happier.

Visited for a regass of an aircon system so not a high value job, but staff were switched on, friendly and took pride in getting the job done quickly and on time.

Website is fast, easy to navigate and booking was easy.

Nothings too much trouble, always use F1 for premium tyres, staff always friendly & Helpful, it makes a difference.

Exhaust had fallen off in the morning and rang up Formula One to get it fixed. Got booked in the same day and took my car down, upon arrival my car was instantly put into the workshop and the tech who worked on my car got straight to it. He explained to me what went wrong and rectified it within the hour. Very helpful staff and great service over the phone and in store, would recommend to friends and family.

We are so pleased with our recent experience at the CREWE branch of Formula 1. From the initial phone call to make appointments for two of our vehicles, to the appointment itself, we had a tyre repaired, they could have so easily sold us a new tyre, but they advised us that the tyre could be repaired. Saving us money, so thank you!
And a re gas and cleanse of our air-conditioning in our other vehicle. No fuss, all done quickly, and a really professional team at CREWE. highly recommend this branch, friendly, helpful staff. Thank you so much.

Had an mot today . Failed due to damaged tyre . Which im happy about as some mot testers would pass it . They booked me in for a re test same day and passed . Great service . Will defo use again .

At Crewe branch..very disappointed and bad service and system! Not go there if u don’t wanna waste your time.

Paid online and order to fit 4 tyres and book time with garage in the morning but when arrive there Manager said we just order the tyres! Need to go back in afternoon but no call ,no ring! I need to call to salecentre to ask when my tyres will arrive? Bcoz u expectations that ur appointments for fit it and go home or go back to work but waste my all day time! After that go in and they fitted 4 tyres,mechanical say my right front wheel alignment get between green&red should be adjustable,it £47 cost. I check google somewhere else just £30-35 then I not do it. Then they said £30 then. I agree with £30 to adjust my alignment wheel, but they can’t remove it then they tell me to change and order whole part that hold 2 wheel!
It will be £300! I said no! My car very cheap car ,leave it there but after back home just found out they give me 1 tyres it not what I order but 3of then the same one!
And then need to rang to let them know they said next day can go back to fit the right tyres then info me that tyres will come in next 5day now! OH my gosh!!
End up take a week my car will get the right 4tyres together!
Feel they not honest and rip off and bad management and system! Never will back there again and will tell all friends and family to avoid this brand. ! Very disappointed

I am very happy with the service and pricing but thought that they took a longer time than i expected having left the car at 8.25 for service and mot but in fairness the website did say they might need it all day i just hoped it would be quicker than 15,30
