Visited Clacton branch as I had a front tyre that kept going flat. The young chap was super helpful, rang me to explain what was wrong with my wheel and how they were going to fix it. All done within 90 mins and a genuine, friendly chat about cars etc at the end.
Top notch.

Really friendly helpful staff, a very nice comfortable waiting area and vehicle was seen to quickly.

I was told by a mechanic that I required new brakes all round so I booked the car into one of your centres(Clacton) your rec came into the waiting room and informed me that there was nothing wrong with the brakes they still had plenty of meat left on. Your tec saved me a lot of money many thanks a very grateful customer

While the service provided gets the job done, I have a few issues. The first time I went here, the front of my car bonnet was scratched while I had a tyre replaced, only for it to break within 6 months. Despite having warranty, I technically violated it by unknowingly driving on the punctured wheel which was visibly fine at the time, only to discover it had completely deflated the next day. When I sorted this issue by paying for another Tyre with a service, my front head lights and front indicators were left unplugged.

A day trip to clacton turned into a major car problem. I turned up at their Clacton branch and i was greeted by a polite and professional guy named Shane....He sorted my car that day. "Big up Shane." Many thanks mate.

Had my MOT following up on the advisories I had received , some of the advisories I received I should not of got and other garages agrees the mot tester was just being very picky ! , won’t be using again

Great experience as always at the clacton on sea branch.
After a bodge up job by another garage Mike fixed it and went above and beyond! Without my car I can’t work and it’s a learner car and I was back on the road asap.
Great job and I was fitted in quickly. Mike is very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend, 5 stars are just not enough!

Booked & paid on line for MOT @ Clacton on Sea Branch. Floor Manager quickly booked in car upon arrival and said it would be done in 1 hour. It was done in 1 hour..no hassles. Recommended.

Despite a busy schedule they were able to help and replace my damaged tyre. Shane and Brandon were excellent, nothing was too much trouble and the task was completed in short order. We were so grateful for their support!!!

Booked time and left car 10 mins before slot.
Went for long walk with my dogs only to return an hour later and car not even started MOT.
Took dogs home and returned with car.
They were very busy and understaffed (not really their fault) but never mentioned delay.
I could easily have rescheduled.
A little thought and communication would have gone a long way to making this a five star review, even with the delay.
