Formula One Autocentres - Camberley Recensioni 

Having just come back from F1 Autocentres - I can say that the service recieved was 1st class.
Sean squeezed me in last minute to rectify a wheel alignment issue - upon their in-depth checks (of which all are included in a free wheel alignment check) they identified a few issues that needed rectifying. Sean was able to get the work done there and then, was open, honest and very transparent throughout the whole process - showing us exactly what was wrong and how it was to be fixed.
Price - reasonable considering it was done there and then. I expected a premium, but no - very competitive and reasonable.
Service - as said above, Sean was open, transparent and clearly not trying to sell anything that isn't/wasn't needed. I find garages can be pushy, but not here - if you want it great, if you don't no hard sales pitch.

Would not hesitate to use them again.

Amazing help from the Camberley team today with an unexpected flat tyre. They fitted in a review of my tyre, rather than opting to buy a new one. And they fixed it for me in one morning!

Really great garage, not money grabbers, have given me great advice on several occasions. They are genuinely genuine and reliable.

purchased a new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S for replacement on my personal car, this was via Blackcircle and to be fitted at the Camberley branch. The tyre was being replaced due to loss of pressure which was getting worse, therefore the cost of the new tyre was £288 for my rear wheel size.

upon review of the wheel once it was removed to change over, their technicians identified the small wire filament had caused the puncture and had determined it was repairable and recommended refunding the tyre back. This alone reduced the cost of the work by 90% as the repair was less than £30. however upon completion was surprised again to not be charged by the member of staff at the desk and advised they can price match on these otherwise harder to source and find at good price tyres.

I visited the Camberley branch for a diagnostic check on my car. The staff managed to book me in the same day and were friendly and welcoming on arrival.
I wasn't kept waiting long and the mechanic explained the issue to me clearly and there was also no charge. I would recommend this branch.

Excellent work and staff. I’ve had tyres fitted and checks completed for a possible slow puncture. The staff are very friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to ensure the best for the person and the vehicle. Definitely recommended.

Had a fantastic experience at Formula One Autocentres Camberley! I needed my day running lights replaced - I booked an appointment with Sean and he was really professional and efficient. I arrived for my appointment and was dealt with immediately. My lights were fixed so quickly by one of Sean's knowledgeable team. Sean was very kind - I'd had a rough day and his wonderful customer service made my day! I would 100% recommend this autocentre and will certainly be returning! Thank you Sean!

Was sent to Camberley branch as Guildford tracking system was out of use. Sean at Camberley was very polite and very professional. Guildford branch had already said I would get a discount due to inconvenience caused, however Sean waived the charge completely. Now that's what I call good service.

Booked online to have 2 new tyres and tracking checked. I turned up.to appointment was greeted by shaun at reception and they got my car straight in whilst I waited. Young lady worked on my car and once tracking was checked and found to be out she showed me the results and told me of cost to correct and was able to do straight away Camberley Depot

2 new tyres ordered online that were very competitively priced, plus a wheel alignment adjustment that they identified.
I will be back when the front tyres need to be replaced.

The chap running the front counter was very warm and welcoming. He got me booked in very quickly and they began the work straight away. They noticed a bit of uneven wear on my tyres so, they recommended I get a free alignment check. Luckily I got this check as the alignment was completely out all round. They sorted everything out in a timely manner and I left a very happy customer that would return.

I took my punctured tyre to the Camberley branch after being told by Kwick fit over the road that it couldn’t be fixed and I needed a new tyre. The friendly Geordie guy behind the counter at formula one told me that they could fix it but were busy but if I left it with him he’d try to get it done. They fixed it and called me the same day for me to pick it up. Very good service.
