If you want to get ripped off go to Bury St Edmunds branch, quotes exagerated for work on broken exhaust (needed done urgently), other work not done added to bill to make it up to the quoted price, when queeried claimed an admin error but price correct when prices on bill clearly showed it to be different by £65. then told i'd agreed the price so basically hard luck. Go to Tollgate tyres just around the corner they are not crooks, be warned !!!

Over the last 4 years, your garage in Bury St Edmunds has always looked after my family’s 3 cars for tyres, MOT and servicing. I was happy until they started quoting £1,200 to do one front bearing on my Volvo and other ridiculous prices for work on my families cars. I went to another garage and they did my front bearing for £320 !!
I have 4, Cooper tyres on my Volvo, bought through this garage. I had a puncture, so l took it to your garage today and I left the wheel. I had a phone call from Bart the depot manager to tell me that I needed a new tyre.
I decided to go and find out why for myself because I could only see one nail in the tyre, where he say there where two. He said if you don’t believe me take it to Kwikfit next door which I did and they repaired the one puncture straight away!!
I will not be visiting “Bart” at Formula one anytime soon!!

Extremely rude man at the counter, Bart I think his name is. Witness his aggressive manor towards a young lad delivering car parts and having a go at the lad who looked terrified, I hope he complains to his manager back at the branch. No need for this, I hope he doesn’t talk to customers like this.

A big thank you to the branch manager and duty technician who fitted us into their schedule and replaced our seized driver side front brake calliper, so we could get on our way with our 200+ mile journey from Ipswich to Leeds. The calliper had started to seize just before BSE; hence the emergency pit-stop/search for a place who could diagnose and fix asap.

Absolutely rude shocking work had to be sorted out by a different garage don't no use them

Had an mot booked in for a few weeks! They rung me less than 24hours before my appointment and cancelled! Leaving me with no time to find an alternative garage! No refund given yet! And not contacted me regarding a refund! Instead I get an email saying thanking you for choosing us!! I wish I didn’t!!

Efficient and competent service.
Make an appointment, They checked the car and before starting work was called to discuss the scope of necessary work and was informed cost of the entire repair. The service was performed on time.
I will definitely come back there with my car in the future.

Booked in for an MOT. 3 weeks prior, only to turn up and be told no MOT's today due to sickness. No one bothered to contact me even though they knew before I left home to come to the appointment. I was not able to rebook an appointment only a refund, through the internet sales telephone number. So I am out of pocket from travelling, losing out on other January Sales offers and now left high and dry trying to find a replacement MOT centre. As a disabled driver, this is incredibly disappointing, costly and inconvenient. Really, really discouraged after my interaction with F1 Autocentres this morning, I understand staff sickness, there are much kinder ways to go about letting customers down. I had been a customer for years. No more.

I was disgusted at the way I was spoken to by the person at the main counter I will NEVER go there again and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Did the MOT and service and informed me of additional items to check and charges to agree. Completed on time as estimated.

Email stated to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment which I did but centre was closed, so had to wait around in the cold. Then had to wait for everything to get going. Not an overly friendly team either so unlikely to return.

I needed an MOT and was able to book in next day. Fast service, no problems.

Quoted £379 to fix car on website linked to company, then called up to confirm booking where they said it would cost over £750 due to 'supply and 'demand'. Went with another garage and will get it done tomorrow for £420

Regional Manager has called and apologized stating that the staff should of explained the costing more, by saying that the parts they use are the correct spec / manufacturers recommended parts hence the difference in price - although cheaper parts could be used (hence why other quotes are cheaper).

All done, on time, and on price. Work satisfactory.

Exemplary service. Car was brought in via breakdown truck. Met on arrival by the superb Kai and all sorted and on my way within 30 minutes.
