I arranged for a new clutch agreed the price when I took it in hot a call to say also needed a slave cylinder which I agreed to then get a further call to say it needed a gear box total £2000 so got a second opinion from a mechanic next door who replaced clutch slave cylinder and clutch fork did not need a gear box total cost £834.69 all in
Formula one still charged me over £464 labour to remove clutch and reassemble saying that is there labour charge
Definitely will not use again or recommend them there are much better places in Bexhill,use Patrick Chambers instead.

I'm reasonably pleased with the work carried out; MOT & Annual Service. I'm not happy that I was questioned robustly as to why I did not specify Special Oil as being needed for the engine oil replacement during the online booking process. I did infact contact Ford about this and I was informed by my vehicles manufacturer that my car needed SAE 5-20... that's all I was informed: SAE 5-20 as Ford acknowledge is not a Special engine oil. Nowhere do I find any information that SAE 5-20 is a Special engine oil.

First time using Formula One. Easy to arrange in advance online. Reminders for appointment were good. Tyres were good value. Also had to replace rear wash wipe, which was sent out for and done within 45 minutes. Excellent service and communication from a knowledgeable team

Today, my car decided to "die" - thankfully it chose to do so close to the Bexhill Formula One Garage. One of their staff, seeing my difficulty, came to my rescue. Within a short time the problem was diagnosed, the necessary part acquired, and then fitted. Thank you to all the staff involved - your friendly manner and prompt action was much appreciated.
