Quality and choice of your stock are good. My main concern is about delivery which is haphazard, takes a long time and is very frustrating.

New sofa cushions and mat
I went to coleraine store and found it very disappointing the 2 girls wouldn't help no way wat so every I was looking a new sofa cushions and mat so told them to keep it 1 week later I headed to the Ballymena store well I can highly recommend it brilliant staff manger and assistance manger couldn't help us enough so glad they got my sofa mat cushions and put it all together to let me see it first class store and would recommend u use the Ballymena shop

Philip and team were very helpful
Philip and team were very helpful, informative and looked after us well. As new residents in the area we didn't really know many stores yet but returned and made our sofa purchase couldn't fault our process or experience

Kirk and Ryan arrived when I was in an…
Kirk and Ryan arrived when I was in an online meeting. I let them in and they manoeuvred through the furniture in my renovated home easily with no help from me as I was working. No hassle from them at all and delivered and positioned seamlessly. Thank you so much and apologies for hardly even speaking to them . Great service.

Excellent service at EZ Living store in Ballymena
We made a couple of purchases at EZ Living today. We were warmly greeted by Kaitlin, the sales rep in the Ballymena store, who was excellent ! - really lovely, very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. We were offered tea/coffee & biscuits, and were able to take plenty of time to choose and decide - there was no pressure - a lovely approach! The customer service was so good, we would thoroughly recommend this store. Great choice, great staff and everything you need in the one place.

Friendly, Knowledgeable Sales People
EZ Living recently opened near us and we called in to look at mattresses. The Sales Person, Paul McCarthy, was very knowledgeable and took us through the different options available and the benefits of each. We purchased two on the same day and Paul managed to co-ordinate delivery so both would be delivered on the same day.

Rubbish Customer Service
Order a replacement stool for my kitchen island as one got damaged. Was advised 5 working days to be delivered to Ballymena store and would be sent an email when ready to collect - that was 4 weeks ago. Contacted the store last Friday and was told my chair was in Cork- I’m in the UK!!! Advised someone would email me when the chair was in the Ballymena store. Still no chair and I need it for this Thursday for visitors coming - NEVER again!! Cannot recommend EZ Living as their customer service is rubbish.
Contacted by Ez Living Ballymena Manager today 19/08/25 with an apology and free delivery of my island bar stool to my home on 20/08/25. Well done Ballymena Sore Manager - can’t ask for more than that - now one happy customer 👍

Amazing Customer Service
Kaitlin Stephens looked after us (Ballymena store) from the second we got in the door and was super helpful in getting delivery arranged for when we were picking up our first house keys! Would easily recommend to others and will be back when we are decorating the rest of our house!
