Ricky Nelson and Ken Gilpin delivered a reclining chair to my mum in a 2nd floor flat. She has dementia and is hard of hearing but they took great care with her. Top marks! Very much appreciated :)

The staff were really helpful and went out of their way to help me find the type of furniture I wanted. It was a really hot day and they offered me a bottle of water of which I was very grateful for. The staff member who I dealt with directly was called Noel Martin and he was so helpful that I will certainly be returning to the Ballymena store in future. Overall, they were extremely professional and made me feel they were focused on what I was interested in, and not in any way pressured to buy items I was not.

The experience was amazing.

Straight forward and easy process to buy a sofa. Michelle in the Ballymena store was very helpful. Definitely will be back again.

We knew what range we were looking for however we weren't 100% sure about consoles fitting in the drawers of the TV unit. Paul was very helpful and actually helped measure the drawer of the TV unit we picked and the bookcase as well to see whether we could go for these units. He also explained everything we needed to know with assembly with both and the price for them. He was great to talk to and so helpful. We still haven't gotten out actually delivery date yet though Paul did say it would probably be the first two weeks of August and we are excited to see them in our home.

My husband and I went to this store as we wanted a new bed. Kaitlin was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our purchase. We spoke to other staff on the way out and found them also to be very friendly. We will definitely return to this store when we need to purchase new furniture. Highly recommended this store for both choice and service.

We have only good things to say about this store! My Mum and sister went in to source a new mattress in the Ballymena store and found Kaitlin to be both helpful and patient. I accompanied my Mum yesterday to make a final decision. We were met by Michelle who was clearly very knowledgeable in this field. She left us alone to think about it and never at any time did we feel under pressure. It was a big decision for my Mum and we thank Michelle for her patience and understanding. She was kind and personable and following the sale took us downstairs for tea and biscuits! She was very friendly and generous in the time she gave us. We are very grateful. The mattress has yet to arrive but we feel confident in the decision we made with Kaitlin’s and Michelle’s help. A lovely store and one that we would be happy to return to. Many thanks!

Thanks to EZliving for an excellent shopping experience. From the moment we entered the store we were met by Noel who Immediately offered his help. We were looking for a particular item and Noel and another assistant Kaitlin showed us various configurations of how the furniture would work in our house. We were undecided as to which to go for and a further assistant Rachael put our minds at ease with an excellent suggestion. Thankyou to the three of you for going out of your way to help, it was much appreciated.

First table delivered faulty but was replaced and gentlemen who delivered table checked it before they left.

Bought a studio chair, four small parts were missing. On reporting to the shop Chris was extremely helpful and sorted it out.

OUTSTANDING: Received my ordered sofa this morning, delivered by Ricky Nelson and Jason Downey. This delivery was as perfect as it gets, because when they arrived I was really struggling to get my 3 seater out through the final door but without any prompting they jumped out of their van and when seconds had it out and placed for its collection. They then assessed the access to my property and proceeded to unpack, carry through and build up both sofas, explaining as they completed their work how everything worked and how to dismantle if and when I ever needed to. The service was exemplary, they ensured all was it it should be and as they left all the packaging was removed and placed back it their van. Buying a sofa from ez Living, from the initial visit to showroom, picking and choosing the sofa, arranging the delivery schedule, and the manner and level of service received during delivery of the product was seamless, professional and EXEMPLARY.

Got mattress and still smell bad is already 2 weeks

Great delivery from two lovely guys and kept me up to date with every detail of my delivery and give me notice while on school run as to how long they'll be.
