Easy to order, confirmation email received straight away, notified of the delivery and given enough time to collect. Got my order very fast, the staff helped me bring it out to the car.

I didn’t like dat I had to wait a month for delivery that I was paying €40 for . And there’s a store in my town that had my purchase in stock

Ezliving Clonmel, Tipperary has to be commended on the great choices, advice, service, delivery and prices. James & the team really looked after us so well. We did a refurb on our home in Lucan, Co. Dublin. We had to make changes to the orders, nothing was too much trouble for them, they were happy to make the changes. We bought our couch from EZ living furniture CLonmel, chloe the lovely bubbly tall blonde girl, she was so helpful from start to finish she showed a great knowledge of the product and really new what kind of a couch was suited for us from all the different types, we will be back again soon to purchase more thanks chloe.

Went into clonmel store and the tall blonde girl chleo was so helpful and friendly!! I'll defo be back with the wife to show her the sofas on offer in clonmel store in particular the poppa it was so comfy!!

I dealt with Ben when buying garden furniture in the Clonmel store and would highly recommend the store based on my experience. Ben was very helpful , easy to deal with and knowledgeable; I had a lot of questions! Great experience overall.

I dealt with Ben while purchasing our Large Thriste corner sweet of furniture, He was unbelievable!! From the moment I began trying to get measurements etc Ben was on the ball with everything! Really good customer service.. We are super excited to have our new sofa delivered soon, all thanks to Ben and his speedy response and info it made things so so easy!! 5 stars because there’s no option give any more.. Thank you Ben!!! We’ll be back

I bought a Christmas tree for €239, that had to be delivered to the store the following week. On arrival I realised I had ordered the wrong tree by mistake, it was not the tree I wanted. I came back to do a like for like exchange at the store for the tree I wanted, and was told that there were expressly no returns on Christmas trees or any accessories. I was directed by the store to contact customer services, I contacted customer services who redirected me to the store. Buyer beware, 1 ez living after sales care is non existent. 2 ez living customer service does not have a customer service culture. Once you have handed over your money they abdicate any further duty of care to their customers satisfaction or future relationship. I will not be shopping there again.

No issue with the product I purchased. Just the fact, we ordered on a Wednesday and only found out the next day there's another week to wait before picking up our purchased item!!! I was also told that, if I was in one of their display stores and fancied any item it would be over a week to get it, unless it was a Thursday, then it would be a week!!!

I dealt with Dale online. It was an absolute pleasure beginning to end. He was a smiley happy person and could not have been more helpful. My 3 items were delivered as promised, on time and I’m delighted with their quality. Thanks so much Dale
