Ben Walsh took my customer service call after customer service had closed. He went above and beyond to ensure I got the item I wanted and explained the whole process from order to delivery and any potential delays to make sure I was happy before I placed the order. He also emailed me all the details and gave me the phone number to contact him on should I need further assistance. An exceptional customer experience and care of the customer. This in my experience is rare which is why I am writing this review.

Staff were very helpful. Communication about the delivery of our furniture was clear and concise.

Very disappointed with the service of Ben in the Clonmel store. Told my husband and I, 3 different versions of what options we had with ordering a couch and was very condescending when we told him he had mislead us. Also rang to follow up ojn payment which we both felt was very pushy. Also, if we had not asked further questions we would have received wrong cushions based on what he told us. We rang Linda in Limerick and she was wso helpful and clarified everything for us and we ordered through the Limerick store.
Ben also said he was giving us free delivery(he was not this was a nationwide deal) and he said a 3% discount but he was giving a discount of €80 instead of the actual 3% which was €84. Just did not like the deception of that either. Not a very polite or helpful guy at all.

Chloe at the front desk was very helpful on the call and when we arrived at the outlet. The range of products on display were of premium quality and price justified.

Ordered and paid upfront for furniture. They promised delivery to the store in Clonmel for collection the following week. When we rang to arrange collection from the store they told us they forgot to order it and that we have to wait another week. Ez Living seems to be a ponzi scheme whereby they're banking customers money for weeks and ordering from their suppliers well after the customer has paid upfront. Not to be trusted. Ez Living DOES NOT GIVE REFUND DESPITE NOT GIVING US WHAT WE PAID FOR. DO NOT GIVE EZ LIVING YOUR MONEY!!!

The lady I met in Clonmel on dsy of purchase was extremely pleasant and helpful. Furniture was delivered in perfect condition when it was due.
The gentleman who delivered was extremely helpful also.

Staff friendly, professional and helpful again for this visit and I was able to arrange purchase and delivery at later date. I had bought recliner chairs some time ago, very comfortable to this day.
