Absolutely lovely shop and lovely staff along with it! Couldn’t have asked for anything better.. Stephanie helped us today when picking out a few things, she was a great help and lovely to speak with, very friendly and helped us with everything we needed! She’s an absolute gem to this store!

Barry helped us with our repeat purchase today to be honest his expertise is excellent.
He is just what you want in a sales person he is non pushy and makes sure what you want you are purchasing.
We find the store itself so well laid out and so easy to find items.
All of the sales team we have met so far are all extremely helpful and happy to help.

We will be making a trip back again when we need to purchase more to see if they have anything else that we require.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my recent visit to EZ living Furniture Mayo.

The staff at the store especially Barry were super helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the selection process and answering all my questions. The prices were very reasonable, and I was impressed with the overall value for money.

I've shopped in the Castlebar store on numerous occasions and each time I've been welcomed with a warm smile. Especially by a girl named Ashling P. She was very helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to guide me with what I was looking for, without putting pressure on me. She is a credit to the store.
I've also attended the ladies evening around Christmas time and thoroughly enjoyed it. Looking forward to it again this year!

A great range of high quality furniture and at reasonable prices. David was extremely helpful from the Castlebar store and made sure we got value for our money.

The staff were very welcoming from once I went inside the door, but in an unintrusive way. They were very pleasant and polite.
After letting me look around for a few minutes the girl downstairs guided me to where I needed to look.
Went up stairs and David came to help me.
He was very accomadating and informative, showing me various options, without being pushy in anyway. He allowed me lots of time to make my choice.
I would highly recommend this store.

Very professional, very helpful

You expect people to take deliveries at 7:15am, you don’t even open your shop until 9:30am.
I was not told when I placed the order that you would expect me to take delivery at this ridiculous time.

Not happy with the service, given wrong information and then denying it.

Great products excellent staff,very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Were shown various sofas and power reclining chairs and able to operate them. We purchased a bed from them last year, received similar service and the delivery and home assembly team were excellent. Great company, strongly recommended

All of the staff which I dealt with were helpful . Stephanie was very patient and she even put the items that I took away, in my car. Which was complicated as I have a small hatch back. I went into the shop 4 times and spent a good deal of time finalising my purchases and never felt pressured to hurry up!

Ordered large plant pots online , a little confusion as included delivery. I was informed this was an error on their system and could not deliver to my home. I understood systems can go wrong and proceeded to collect the pots as I understand the pots could possibly be broken using certain curriers, as care and attention to fragile objects in Ireland can be a gamble.The staff in the Castlebar store were helpful and understanding about the whole process and delivery situation.
