Expensive special order sectional sofa…
Expensive special order sectional sofa Model 4087. Sewn on back pillows - see pictures of second replacement sofa attached—are "stuffed" irregularly and could not be repaired.
Mayo determined that the first sofa was unacceptable and the defects were caused by new "stuffing" factory equipment. Huh???? What about quality control????
Mayo took several weeks and delivered a replacement sofa. The original sofa was removed then. The replacement sofa is represented in attached pictures. Once again the back cushions are not stuffed properly.
Mayo and DT McCalls, Cookeville TN furniture store, maintained the sofa was acceptable and even stated that "you would never be satisfied". They wanted to remove the sofa that day and leave my living room empty. Then process a full refund.
I called Steve Mayo several times and he never returned my calls. His customer service manager Sarah would not connect me and said that I had to deal with DT Mcalls and not Mayo. Tim Tyler, sales in TN for Mayo offered to visit my home and reposition the foam in the cushions. Not possible!
Chris McCall, owner DT McCalls is one of the most dishonest and unprofessional business owners I have ever dealt with. Enough said. Beware of both companies.

Stephanie - Ez Living
I had such a fantastic experience with Stephanie at EZ Living. She was absolutely unreal from start to finish and went above and beyond to help me choose furniture and furnishings for my two-bed modular.
She was so patient, helpful and genuinely invested in making sure I got everything right. She couldn’t have done enough for me, even staying late to make sure we could finish the sale. She also went through everything I had chosen and made sure it was all in stock, which gave me such peace of mind.
It’s rare to come across someone who puts that much effort into helping a customer, and Stephanie really couldn’t have been more helpful. She made what could have been an overwhelming process so easy and enjoyable.
Absolutely delighted with everything, and I couldn’t recommend Stephanie highly enough. She is a credit to EZ Living!
