Fantastic Quality Products

Fantastic Site, cheap but great quality. Love the range of designer brands. Always impressed at their costs, especially for lenses extras: such as transitions and varifocals. Much better value than high street competitors.

Excellent service

Excellent service. And you get what you pay for.
Pity they no longer trade.
It will be greatly missed.
Loved all my prescription glasses from them. 😪

Excellent...from start to finish

Excellent...from start to finish. Everyone was very informative and helpful and communication was brilliant. Excellent customer service and quality of product purchased. Great value for money. Very satisfied customer.

Said they refunded and they didn’t they…

Said they refunded and they didn’t they won’t give me information of what account they refunded to . My bank has no refund from them . Avoid they steal you money

Having viewed the account, we can see that you have been in contact with our customer service team regarding your refund. The refund was processed on 29/03/2019 and the amount was sent back to the account used to make payment for the order.

We are currently looking into this further with Worldpay, the payment system we use, and will update you with all information they give to us.
