Lightbar Never Shipped. 2 Months Later, Refund Never Issued.
I ordered a lightbar that was supposedly in stock. After a week went by with no shipping notice I contacted them and was told the item was out of stock and was given a 2-3 week estimate when it would ship. Not wanting to wait because I needed something right away I canceled the order. Nearly 2 months later they have never replied to any emails to their accounting department. Nothing ever shipped. They haven’t issued a refund. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company, which is still in process. Feels like a total scam.

I'm a returning customer
I'm a returning customer. I have purchased emergency lighting in the past and they are still in service. I'm a police officer in the Atlanta area and I own a company that provides police motorcycle escorts to funeral homes in the metro area. I have equipped several of my bikes with Extreme Tactical lighting. The prices are competitive and the lights are awesome, easy to set patterns and install.

They also claim to be an approved SAM…
They also claim to be an approved SAM vendor for the government. Also another lie. They are not listed as an approved vendor on the government website. Surprised they are allowed to even be in business in Florida.

Extremely unimpressed
Extremely unimpressed. I work in traffic control and needed a light bar for a new pick up. went on their website and ordered an amber/white lightbar. After a month with no shipping i was told the light bar i ordered is on back order and i cant switch to another because all options are on back order but available on the website. They will gladly take your money and give no eta of when they plan to have their light bars back in stock. i emailed to try to get a resolution and only automated messages. i tried to call and i am told i need to send an email to receive another automated email. Don't get scammed by these goofs like i did. waste of time and money. Hopefully i can actually get a refund from this shady business.
