My package was stolen. When I placed the order, I left the city confident that the delivery date was the one indicated at the time of payment.I never expected it to be 5 days early, now I'll have to buy everything again.

No issues.

Item was in stock as stated on website, shipped out next day, and arrived in 3 days like they said it would. Genuine Mercedes parts. No problems whatsover.

I will never shop with this company again.

Kevin, as per your reply. Regardless how long ago the order was placed. What's you definition of lifetime warranty? The item was still new in the box, and was just recently installed. It was part of a kit, and one part failed. Instead of offering to send a replacement part, or something comparable, as a replacement, your suggestion was to uninstall everything I installed, pay for an entire new kit, in addition to new parts to install the new kit, when I receive that, return the kit with the defective part for store credit of the new purchase, that's your warranty 🤔, Store Credit, nah!. Only because I called an told you how I felt about your so called lifetime warranty. That's when fcp further tried to justify why you can't send a replace part, and then made unacceptable offers, still wanting me to repurchase an entire kit. With one of your reps, going as far as saying the manufacturer does not sell that part individually, it only comes with the kit. (Play back the recording) I offered to give him that part number. Your so called supervisor also stated he had nothing in stock that was comparable, he would have to order it, but if you go online it states, you have that item in stock. Yeah he didn't mention that! That's where I draw the line with the BS, and have no intentions of shopping on your site ever again. Your warranty reads more like a scam to keep people buying from fcp euro, even after you sell them defective merchandise.



I will never shop with this company again. Purchased a Saab clutch kit from this company, when I installed it the release bearing, it's defective. Now they offer a lifetime warranty on parts, but only if you purchase a new part you then would be eligible to get a store credit. So basically you're paying for the same parts twice to get a replacement, and store credit for the second purchase when you return the parts. That's The Scam of the Lifetime Warranty!. Custom reps are poorly trained to help customers, because this was never explained on my initial phone call about the defective item, I found out thru an email, and since the clutch is already installed, they will not just replace the defective item. They now want me to uninstall the clutch, and return the entire expensive kit just to replace one part with a new kit. I was also lied to by one rep (Adrian), and a so called supervisor (Raheed) when I requested to speak to one regarding part replacement, and parts availability they both had different misleading information. I just hung up on him because I was tired of the BS. Right now I don't have the extra cash to throw at new parts only to wait for store credit, and or refunds they suggested. I don't recommend shopping with this company, after my experience with them, and their underhanded business practices, offering a lifetime warranty for store credit, and poor customer service.

The order in question is 1.5 years old and, therefore, is not something we can cover through the more traditional options available for recently placed orders. Instead, we offer a lifetime replacement guarantee because we know that issues can arise with the products we sell at any time. We designed the program to give customers coverage regardless of the age of the order, and that program is fully available for use in this situation.

Additionally, when our team worked with you yesterday, we offered a few different options to assist with the process and provide a solution closer to what you were looking for. Regrettably, we were not able to find a solution that fully resolved the situation.

For clarity; Within the first 15 minutes of an order being placed, we do offer a "cancel order" function from within the "My account" section of the website. After that time frame, our team is available for support. Our records show you emailed our service team on May 7th at 7:33 PM Eastern with your request to cancel an order. Our team replied about an hour later, at 8:35 PM Eastern, confirming we were able to cancel and refund your order.

Shipping was fast

I received my parts literally the day after I ordered them. It was crazy. I live in a small town and don’t usually get things that fast. Both of my separate orders I received the day after I bought them. I will continue to be ordering from fcp for my X5♥️♥️♥️
