Had an issue with my delivery as I accidentally sent my old delivery address and didn’t notice til it was too late and I received an email with a tracking number. I contacted Extreme Spec right away to see if they could do anything and they were very helpful and resolved this right away and have resent my order, excellent customer service does still exist.

My overall experience has been a positive one, received good communication from the company and my order was sent via express delivery. The products are very well made, I have no complaints about the quality and the materials feel very luxury 10/10,

My husbands phone case ordered in Sept, still under guarantee has a large crack in screen from a very short and soft fall that did not even hit that part. I get their "guarantee" for a year basically covers nothing. But this is bad workmanship for an I phone 15 pro max $99 phone case so this is valid.
I have written 3- 4 times for a replacement and received no response. I tried a phone number I found online, but no answer or response either. My husband takes extreme care of everything he owns as the only reason he replaced his I phone 6 plus was that apps weren't updating now and storage was not enough. The cc company said we have to handle it with merchant. I will never buy anything from a company that has no phone number again and am very disappointed. Basically the phone case breaks and saves your phone for $99, though it should not have with military grade, etc..... Update July. They were made aware of my bad review, said my emails were sent to spam and immediately made things right. We received replacement in a very timely matter.

Great looking website. Well Looks are deceiving. I ordered a case for my 14 pro max On June 1st, order went through on June 2nd 2024.
Order# I received.
I have since Emailed them repeated times. About a tracking #
And What the heck is the problem?
Customer service is not PRIORITY TO THEM apparently.
THEY DO NOT RESPOND!!!
As for quality, I have no idea. It’s now June 23rd. Still nothing and still no response.
So much for the 22 other ones I was waiting to buy for my company phones.

I will be calling my Bank tomorrow for investigation.

super quick delivery received my order with no hassle, easy to install and will hopefully protect my iPhone.

I was a little hasty in leaving a mid-review. This case is definitely heavy & bulky like I wanted and I bet this case can really take a beating. Now that it's on my phone, it isn't coming off any time soon. I would love further development of CNC cases. The charging port is easy access and all accessories fit. I also like the volume button vs the switch.

I bought a Titan case and it was delivered today. It was advertised to be "aviation grade materials", but this is not CNC milled 6061/6065 aluminum, nor is it even Titanium. It seems to be low grade cast aluminum and a cheap silicone mold. The case would almost definitely protect my phone from a simple drop, but so would anything else--I wanted this for the cool factor. It isn't wireless charging compatible for me (maybe if you buy their charger) and it seems to block out my cell reception. I really liked the idea of this metal case, so I'm undecided whether or not to keep it, but I wonder if the Turbo case is any better?

I received my order for iPhone case with MagSafe carbon back there was no carbon MagSafe back in packaging I put the case on phone and had nothing but hassle with network and WiFi signals which I thought something else was causing this trust me this case is not what it appears to be it is made off metal and not titanium that seriously affects signals to the extent the phone drops down to one or none vertical signal bars with this case on I took it off and problem solve I have tried to contact by phone and email with no response on numerous occasions with no reply they are a scam just after your money DO NOT TRUST THEM and save you money.

This company sent me a partial order.. and what was sent was nothing like the advertised product…the packaging was opened .. parts were missing.. it wasn’t a simple mistake because it was so obvious at a glance it wasn’t right.. I’ve emailed them over and over again with photos and questions about a refund or replacement but nobody responds…I’ll have to report this to BBB
THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF SCAM TO THE EXTREME

Giving 1/5 until I get a email back on my order, have not received the item or a response… kinda feel like I’m never going to see it and out the money. This company does not reply to any emails and no tracking options.. I just want to know if I’m going to receive my phone case or if I have to contact BBB and request a refund from my bank… they can’t even tell me where my order is and can’t even reply to my multiple emails. Rating will not change until I get my phone case or an email back.

Good durable case saved my phone numerous times! instead of having to pay high excess fees to claim on my phone insurance again I decided to invest in a good quality case and the Extreme case is just that, I’ve dropped my phone a few times in the gym and in my spin class and luckily so far it’s done wonders to help protect my screen from cracking again, cannot recommend them enough.

If I could leave zero star review I would. I never received my phone case. I’ve emailed several times to get an update on where it was and requesting a refund. To no avail still haven’t received any response. Feels like a scam and I’m out over $100.

I received a response finally and they did make it right by sending me another one which I received. Thank you for your prompt response and shipment only after I posted this review. Nice product. Only wish it had a magnet ring made into it .

My first impression is that the case feels strong, thinner & lighter than the Apple case + protects the camera lenses. If you have a glass protector I noticed the glass edge-lip protection is flush with the glass protector so I feel it should have had a little more protection but so far my initial impression is 4 of 5 *’s. I would give 5 stars if it had a little more front face edge protection to also protect my glass protector since if it falls I feel like my glass protector will surely take the impact since the edge-lip protection is minimal.

I Haven't had any big drops or anything yet but confident this is a phone good case. Looks and feels tough without being overly bulky. Instructions on installing the case would have been good though these can be found online and this was the reduced packaging option. Kind of wish there was less of a gap between the edge of the screen protector and the edge of the case; I can see dust building up there.
Overall it feels very strong and secure with good quality materials.

I purchased two cases from them and realised a few hours later that I made a mistake and ordered the wrong model, I sent them an email hoping to change this before they shipped the order out and they responded right away and amended the order.
I have received my delivery this morning and it was well packaged so I’m very pleased, can’t fault them at all, thanks again :-)

They make really good cases, not too bulky and it feels like it will definitely protect my new phone. Delivery was fast too so no complaints, will be doing more business with this company soon.

I have reached out to this company 3 times to initiate a return for a case and protective cover that did not fit my phone. Calling is not an option as it is an international number.

I've had ZERO response from anyone in this company. I have begun a dispute with my credit card company.

While their website looks legit, they are not!! Look elsewhere for your phone case.
