scam company do not use , you can get same cases on amazon at fraction of cost , don't answer any emails or and the phone number is dead to ask for a return , fake positive reviews BE WARNED

I take back what I said before as I have now been contacted by customer service who apologised to me. My purchase for the docking station is on its way.
I may have been a bit premature with my comments.
I will write another review when I receive & try it out.

took my hundred dollars I never heard another word. It’s been almost 3 weeks. Do not throw your money away with these people.

Absolutely do not order from here, they took my $100 and I’ve never received anything, it’s been a month since I placed my order, I’ve sent 4 emails trying to get an update as to where my order is at and I have not heard back from anyone.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered the Titanium case for my iPhone 15plus at a cost of £69.99. I believed it would be a good investment. Wrong, within 4 days, the rubber stopper that protects the charging point broke off. I have now emailed these people 6 times and been completely ignored.
There is ZERO customer service.
I wish I’d bought a case for £10, it would have been better than this !!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Great looking cases I love the designs and the website was easy to use. My order was delivered with FedEx and they were great to leave it with my neighbour.

It’s a huge scam. Ordered a case for my iPhone 16 promax about 7 days ago and they say free express delivery. Product still not in yet! Emailed them and not a single response. As a contact number they gave a mobile number . Called several times and no response! Avoid at any cost.

It was a pleasure doing business with Extreme Spec, they have great communication, kind courteous customer services and overall great products.

The company could have tried to upsell me their more expensive products but they were honest and helped me pick the right case for me, offering the titan case with a built in screen protector for extra protection.
The case looks great and we’ll definitely do business with them again.

Terrible quality on the phantom case the separate metal pieces are two different colors. Glass back protector doesn’t stick properly and leaves large air bubbles around the edges of the glass. The company uses very misleading pictures on website their advanced carbon fiber protection is actually just a fake plastic sticker

This case damaged my phone during installation due to the lack of support for the metal buttons internally mainly the silence switch the metal buttons dig grooves into the phone a brand new phone trashed by this case.

Please avoid at all costs I regret spending $59.99 on this hunk of junk.

Idk if I can do a refund but I will be issuing a chargeback due to this business and their scheming practices.

The majority of these reviews are fake. The phone case advertised and shown in multiple pictures is not the one you will receive. I was supposedly going to receive a titanium case. Without a corny MagSafe logo on the back. And it appeared to glow red. In reality, the back of the case is just a red color. There is indeed a corny MagSafe logo. None of the cases made out of titanium the entire side and main surface area of the case is just rubber. It is an absolute scam. This company invested all their money on the website and not on the product at all likely just drop shipped. When emailed about these issues, they will just ignore you until the end of time.

Bought an iPhone 16 Pro Max case on 25/10/24 for £59.99. Order number- 24972
Case was used, scratched across the back. It wasn’t even small scratches, it was like a child has used safety pin all across the back. I emailed numerous times, called on their number as well- nothing. I did advise them giving deadline that I will post a review if it is no resolved. 9/11/24 still no responds therefore I am leaving a review here to inform others to avoid this company. I feel scammed and out of pocket. Misfortune to have bumped into a seller/company like this.

Can someone please tell me if there is a way to reach Extreme-Spec Customer Service other than email? I have emailed 5 days in a row asking for a refund and no response back from them at all! Site says I only have 14 days from delivery to request an RMA for a -return. Mag-safe pad on back will not allow my phone to charge in my wireless charging pad in truck, nor on a magnetice circle charging pad, nor their own multi-charging station we ordered along with 2 turbo phone cases! Very frustrated.

Case heavy , not waterproof as stated. Also mag safe battery works poorly due to thick rubber back. Do not buy. Company did not respond to numerous emails.
Company emailed me. Said was not waterproof and gave full refund. Will let me know when they have it available. Tried to update earlier but could not They stood behind product

I gave these guys a 1 star review a week or so ago, the reason for this was that trying to engage with them was pretty difficult to say the least, particularly when you want to return an item
The return address email provided on their sites was in fact non functional, they had not picked this up previously. Alex immediately reached out, sent out a replacement unit and credited the old one, and most importantly corrected the email address for future customers if needed.
Therefore an updated review based on the most important customer service point.......how a business reacts to customers when they get something wrong, it's always key to how they are perceived!!

Product: Iphone 16 Pro Max Limited Edition

Product is HUGE. Not practical. The only thing this case will fit in are cargo pants and maybe a suit jacket.

Poorly designed. I won't be using the product, it'll be going in my box of products I wasted money on and donated to Goodwill.

P.S. There is NOTHING "LOW PROFILE" about this product and they need to remove those two words off their marketing.

I was previously very disappointed but this company and their folks turned me around. I received an email apologizing about the delays in reply and experience as they unexpectedly became very busy with the new product release. They took full accountability for what has happened and this is something you don’t see a lot of companies do. I now understand the positive reviews here about Extreme Spec!

They acknowledged that there was a design issue on the production and things are getting corrected as quickly as possible so that what is advertised in their site will be the product you will receive. Mistakes do happen and I commend this company for owning up completely and doing the right thing to make this up to customers. Once the corrections are made on the case, they will be sending it out to me (hopefully soon!). In addition, they have provided additional options for me while waiting for the case as I was hoping to mainly use just their product.

I will update again once I receive the corrected product but due to the caring reply they have done, I am confident they will be keeping their word.

Very disappointed with this company and product I received. I have been excited after seeing all the pictures and specs on their site about their iPhone 16 Pro Max Turbo edition case so I ordered right away (a week before my phone was even arriving). Shipping was fast and I actually received a reply (next day) when I clarified if they have the correct address. That was the last I heard from them.

Received the iPhone 16 Pro Max case and it is so different from what was advertised. First off, the aluminum depicted on the site does not go on the sides of the phone. Just a small trim that is mostly on the back of the phone and the rest is a silicone/rubber bumper. It is not gradient red-black as the spec states. It is a 2 tone red outline with the rest of the bumper black. I don’t see titanium anywhere.

There is no “Super Grip Technology” as the sides are just smooth and do not have the lines/ridges on the sides.

The Magsafe TXR Fibre-Glass feels just like clear plastic and already came scratched up even though there seems to be good protection in the packaging.

This is definitely not a $70 product. I’m fine paying for quality but really felt cheated on this.

I have emailed them multiple times and no responses at all. I don’t know if I received a bad sample batch and will never know if they can’t respond to customers like me. I am glad to hear that others have had positive experiences so hopefully this company does fix things.

Placed an order at the first of the month, cancelled within an hour asking for a refund. It’s now the 19th of the month and still no refund! Now sorted.

Happy with order, no issues at all and really good company to do business with.

I placed an order with Extreme a few years ago for their Extreme iPhone 12 case and it’s been so good that I’ve never had to change my case or phone. I’ve just upgraded my handset now to the 15 and have brought the Extreme iPhone 15 pro max case, fast delivery and great customer service.

Just got the extreme phone case and it was false advertised! The product in the picture was a magsafe product with a carbon fiber backing. I received the product with no backing whatsoever l! Just an outer plastic lining nothing more other then a seperate plastic piece to cover the camera! Beware i reached out to customer service and its been one week No Response!!!
