Occhio alle assicurazioni a pagamento!
Offrono una assicurazione full al costo di 85 euro ma tanto full non è. Durante il noleggio (a Kos), abbiamo avuto un graffio al paraurti anteriori (un danno davvero modesto). Alla restituzione, hanno trattenuto la caparra di 100 euro e, ciò che più ci ha infastidito, abbiamo dovuto pagare ulteriori 75 euro per la pratica amministrativa. In sostanza, nonostante l'assicurazione full, il danno (che a occhio e croce ammontava a un centinaio di euro) ci è venuto a costare 175 euro....

Avevamo già pagato l’assicurazione completo extra di 60€ su booking aggiuntivi oltre il costo del noleggio per l’auto… all’arrivo hanno detto che accettavano solo carta di credito e chiesto 48€ ULTERIORI DI ASSICURAZIONE (per soli 4 giorni) e 100€ di deposito, inoltre ci hanno dato una suzuki celerio (al posto di una toyota aygo) mezza scassata con problemi di apertura, rovinata, sporca all’interno e con l’aria condizionata bassa e volante stra dura… mai più Exer, mi sono trovato meglio con altre compagnie di noleggio dove non ho mai avuto uno di questi tanti problemi…

la caparra tarda ad essere rimborsata
alla ritiro dell'auto viene addebitata caparra di 800€ sulla carta di credito, alla consegna ci è stato erroneamente comunicato che essendo tutto a posto in giornata ci sarebbe stata restituita, cosa che non è avvenuta, anche perchè ad un altro cliente era stato detto 5-10 giorni lavorativi, passati 13 giorni lavorativi, non considerando il 16 agosto in quanto il 15 è festivo anche in Grecia, la caparra ad oggi non è ancora stata rimborsata.

Pessima esperienza
Pessima esperienza. Sono arrivato all'aeroporto di Creta Chania) in ritardo per via di un errore nella comunicazione per il prelievo dell'auto e la risposta del personale é stata niente auto e i soldi pagati a maggio per il noleggio non verranno ridati.
Capisco il problema dell'orario ma trovo disonesto trattenere i soldi di un mancato noleggio visto che la macchina é stata subito affittata e il noleggiatore a mia richiesta di un altra auto mi ha risposto che erano terminate. Sconsiglio vivamente a tutti di utilizzare questa compagnia

Ho noleggiato l'auto all'aeroporto di Kos. Personale disponibile e sorridente. Servizio rapido, compatibilmente con il numero di clienti presenti in contemporanea.
Alla consegna Il veicolo viene controllato insieme a loro e la restituzione è avvenuta senza difficolta.

Eccezionale - outstanding
Posso dire che sono oltremodo soddisfatto. Il servizio è davvero straordinario. Il primo giorno non mi sono potuto presentare e hanno spostato la data di arrivo. Dopo qualche giorno l'auto ha avuto un problema alla batteria (esausta) e mi hanno dato un'altra auto. Da tanti anni noleggio auto e posso dire che questa è indubbiamente la mia esperienza migliore!
I can say that I am beyond satisfied. The service is truly extraordinary. On the first day I couldn't show up and they moved the arrival date. After a few days the car had a problem with the battery (exhausted) and they gave me another car. I have been renting cars for many years and I can say that this is undoubtedly my best experience!

Sul sito di prenotazione di Discovery car c'era un prezzo per la Kasko(10,50 al giorno) in agenzia ne volevano oltre 16€. Non accettano carte di credito ma solo di debito. In modo che il prezzo del noleggio lievita. Ritengo sia una pratica commerciale molto scorretta. Ho disdetto il tutto .Il tutto mi è costato tempo e denaro.

Our company has established policies to manage risk and ensure secure transactions for rentals, aiming to balance customer comfort with business protection. We exclusively accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards for pre-authorization, requiring customers without these cards to purchase insurance at a daily cost. For Visa or MasterCard, we authorize amounts ranging from €800 to €1400, and for other cards, €100 to €250, with insurance being mandatory. This approach leverages the strong fraud protection provided by Visa and MasterCard to reduce fraudulent transactions, while the insurance covers potential losses for customers who do not possess these cards. Higher authorization amounts ensure adequate coverage for potential liabilities, while lower amounts are feasible due to insurance coverage. Alla riconsegna mi hanno rilevato un graffio sotto la portiera destra della C3 difficile da vedere quando mi è stata consegnata. Trattenuti 264 euro. Chi può eviti Exer a Kalamata (Messini). Don't trust this agency.

We would like to clarify that during the rental period, the vehicle is the responsibility of the driver. This includes any damage, even if caused by a third party. Any such damages must be addressed and paid for during the check-in procedure. Additionally, we confirm that the vehicle did not have any damage at the time of rental. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it is a standard procedure in the industry.

buongiorno, ho trovato la sorpresa di pagare 25,00 euro in più, sia io che altre cinque persone, per la consegna dell'auto: l'ufficio apriva alle ore 8 è per anticipare alle 7, il mio aereo partiva alle 9,10, ho versato detta somma di cui non c'era traccia nella prenotazione.... aereoporto di Skiatos

Vergogna
Auto restituita il 14 settembre e ad oggi, dopo un mese e mezzo i 500€ sono stati trattenuti nonostante la macchina sia stata restituita in ottime condizioni. Al telefono parlano in greco e via mail non rispondono.
Sono dei ladri, non affittate mai una macchina da sti qua.
Spero gli spendiate in medicine!

Truffato 500€ deposito cauzionale
Ragazzi come molti di voi purtroppo anche io sono stato truffato… 500€ di deposito cauzionale trattenuti, dopo essermi stato promesso (verbalmente, senza documento scritto ahimè colpa mia) che mi sarebbe stato restituito nel giro di due settimane. Ho una domanda per la community: per caso qualcuno è riuscito a farsi restituire il denaro trattenuto in qualche modo? Se si, quale? Leggo che siamo in tanti ad essere stati truffati, ma ancora di nessuno che è riuscito ad essere risarcito. Ringrazio anticipatamente

E' UNA TRUFFA!!!!! Associandomi alle precedenti recensioni, comunico che anche io sono stata truffata da questo car rental. Ho noleggiato una macchina presso la loro sede di Mykonos ormai due mesi fa e non ho mai ricevuto il mio deposito cauzionale di €500, che mi hanno detto mi sarebbe stato ridato entro 15 giorni.
