We have had an active dialogue with Helen for the past 18 months or so. Initially she was honest enough to say that our current provider SSE were close to being the most competitive on the market baring in mind our usage and consumption dynamics. Last you suggested that we elect for a Smart meter in both our premises but regretfully this technology exposed SSE performance shortcoming. Our contract expired in September Helen contacted us and gave us some options and we decided it was best to stay with SSE but move to a longer fixed contract which you costed and we agreed to. I have used Exchange Ulility a number of times for business energy contracts. I have found them to be proactive, they contact me at the right time & knowledgeable, setting up the best deal for me. Additionally Utility Exchange do all the legwork, setting up new contract & cancelling existing supplier. Recommended.

After the initial phone call from Emma Senior I received easy to understand information about changing my gas provider. She found me an acceptable alternative and explained the changeover in detail in a very pleasant and relaxed manner without pressuring me. Having initially been wary of using brokers to arrange our utility supplies (we had always gone direct to the utility companies) we received excellent service from Hilary Caplan at EU.... particularly as we were caught up in turbulent market conditions. We spoke to other brokers for comparison and found EU to be extremely competitive. Even when things changed at the last minute, Hilary was on the ball to keep things moving forward and secure the best deal for our church. Hilary Caplan was very pleasant and explained all my options for renewing our electricity contract which doesn't expire until March 2022 (hence only 4 stars) but we will get the new contract at todays prices which is great as the price of utilities is rising everyday. hopefully when the contract goes live i will be able to give Hilary a 5 star review. Sharon has again been very helpful and efficient in taking us through the process of renewing our gas contract.
