Very helpful when filling out order. The order was to be shipped to Cyprus. Unfortunately one item was on back order and there was a further delay with suppliers. As the items ordered were to be a birthday present for my Grandaughter I was disappointed that all items were held back until the back order arrived. My Grandaughter was however delighted with items.
The sizing of the woman’s lame was not good, size 36 ordered ( Grandaughter is 13yrs old and uk size 10) have reordered size 40 due to the very snug fitting of 36.
Very frustrating when items are on back order.

Really easy to deal with including the website, and fast response to any queries, easy exchange of wrong size etc. special offers as well - other more well known fencing suppliers should take note and up their game to this level of service. I have tried to deal with the competition and they do not make life easy! Excalibur does so well done guys 👍🏻👋

Dan was super helpful, to order a FIE size 3 blade that I had difficulty sourcing, arrived on time and helped with parts.

Got the foil weapon parts I needed easily and quickly.

I enjoyed building my practice sabre from the options available and was delighted by my sleek, modern weapon when it arrived earlier. Importantly, it feels well-balanced too.

The ordering process was simple enough, however upon reviving my sabre it has a silver guard ( I ordered gold) and there is no bag ( which is included on the item listing)

Great company, competitive prices and quality equipment.

First they cancelled UPS shipping, then re-sent using Evri (which is rarely straightforward). A 2nd email chasing delivery was ignored. Over 2 weeks later the parcel arrived crushed and with damage to the (otherwise beautiful) guard finish. I had heard good things of Excalibur from daughter's Uni fencing team. Sadly disappointing.
