Great company, great products

Excellent product at a good price with speedy delivery with Royal Mail

From start to finish, the staff were really helpful, using their expertise and knowledge to help us select the correct equipment. They showed us options that were clear and useful.
The quality of service and equipment were great and the prices very competitive.

Communication from Excalibur is non-existent. I returned items to ExcaIibur and it took around 6 weeks of emails, leaving voicemails (no one ever answered the phone) and hounding them on social media before they gave me a refund. If you're happy with the items then you'll be fine, but best of luck to you if you want any after sales help.

I purchased 5 full sets of swords; they delivered me 4 nos. in the next month, but the last one was delivered to me over 3 months.
During the waiting period, no one replied to my email. No one picked up my call.

I ordered fencing kit from Excalibur Sports over a month ago and it has been a nightmare from start to finish.

The trousers I ordered were too small, and every time I contacted support it took at least 2+ days to get a reply.

I had to pay out of pocket to return them for an exchange. Royal Mail lost the parcel (not Excalibur’s fault), but their response was completely unempathetic.

I was then told to go up two sizes (instead of one), which cost me another £65, only to find these breeches also don’t fit.

Now I’m being told the correct size is out of stock, and from the tone of their unempathetic replies I fully expect I’ll have to pay yet again just to return them.

My classes start-up again on Monday and after a month of chasing, wasted money, and generic emails, I still don’t have kit that fits. This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
