Good products but nfortunately I moved to Spain, the only country in the world to which they don't send their products.
So I'm switching to another well known British skincare brand for sensitive skin that does it.
I'm not interested in buying just subset of the range with expensive shipping costs at Corte Inglés online.

Excellent customer service. I ordered for the first time a few days ago and had a problem with my order, which wasn't delivered. When I reported the issue, I got a very quick answer from the support team, who arranged for my order to be sent again (with a little extra!).

It is very important when buying skin care that you can trust and rely on the company you purchase your products from. I can 100% recommend this company for its amazing, organic and natural products which are beautiful to use.
Customer service is the best I have experienced in a while.

J'ai fait une commande sur une application qui me permet de decouvrir chaque jours des marques eco-responsables, jamais jusqu'a présent je n'avais été déçue par mes marques que j'ai découvert et effectué des achats. C'était sans compte ma commande d'un produit Evolve Organic qui au bout d'un mois n'est toujours pas arrivé, le délais de livraison étant dépassé d'un peu plus d'une semaine et me service client de l'application semble ne pas recevoir de réponse de la part d'Evolve. Bref je vais me débrouiller avec l'application pour un remboursement de ma commande non honorée, mais jamais plus je penserais commander des produits de la marque Evolve

As someone with very sensitive skin and who cares about using sustainable products, I have absolutely loved every single product I’ve tried from Evolve. I now look forward to my skincare routine every day, which I never used to be good about following, and my skin has never looked and felt better! Thank you, Evolve.

This body cream /sunless tanner is terrible quality for such a price tag. I have persevered but it is very hard to rub it in and has dried my skin so much i have had to discontinue. I do not usually have dry skin or these problems with sunless tanning products.

They sent the wrong product, I tried to contact them by phone and by emails but no answer at all!
Website down for maintenance now!

Les produits, les parfums et leurs emballages sont d'excellent qualité, tout a été pensé avec beaucoup de soin. Je n'ai jamais été déçue et c'est la seule marque de beauté chez qui je commande regulièrement, même par rapport à des marques de cosmétique de luxe (Chanel, Clarins, etc.).
Si je prends le temps de laisser ce commentaire spontanément, c'est aussi parce que leur service client est au top ! J'ai toujours eu une réponse avec solution dans les 48h : big up à Kate :)

I didn’t receive all items in my order. Despite emailing 3 times and sending an Instagram message, Evolve haven’t responded. A real shame because I love their products and am a repeat customer but I’ll think twice before ordering again

My skin looks hydrated and glowing!
I especially love the blue the blue velvet ceramide serum !

Excellent, responsive customer service (they promptly refunded to my payment card the welcome discount code amount that hadn't worked at the time of my purchase) and beautifully packaged, effective products. I will definitely be ordering more when my limited beauty budget allows!

I regularly use Evolve for my essentials as their moisturiser and hand sanitiser suit me perfectly. What led me to write the review though, is their excellent customer service. I don’t think I’ve come across a company that is so easy and efficient to deal with. Orders come nicely packaged, quickly and with free samples. Thank you.

I have ordered a few products from the company to date. So far I am seeing the benefits on my skin. I still want to try other products, but due to cost I am getting through them slowly.

I got sent the wrong order but Kate was amazing and organised replacements and let me keep the other items, which has now lead me to order more products for a day and night routine 👌🏼😁

I like that you use a few organic ingredients and that you produce in small batches, so that the client gets the product as "fresh" as possible.

As soon as the product is opened however, the freshness is gone because you use cheap, basic containers. Oxygen can deteriorate and germs can contaminate the product every time its opened. So you obviously use preservatives to stabilize the product. All freshness is gone here!
You like to emphasise that your containers are partly recycled. The more important question, however, is if they are easily recycable and you definitely don't score high on that scale: dark colours and especially
carbon black isn't recognized by the near-infrared scanners used for sorting recyclables.

You claim to be award -winning, but apart from certifications I couldn't find anything on your website. A certification is not an award!!!

I also don't like that you give rewards (points) to people leaving a positive review or a like, that's so cheap and totally undermines true recommendations!

Great company and products, have been using these products since the summer, made such a difference to my skin, orders always arrive quickly and well packaged, customer service is great, always happy to help and advise, thank you
