I wish I had read the negative reviews before having placed my order.
I’ve never experienced such appalling customer service in all my life from a company. Alex from customer support was so unhelpful. After ping ponging back and forth by email for three hours, nothing was resolved. I received a damaged product, tube was half empty inside the packaging with cream having leaked out rendering the eye cream completely useless. After submitting evidence, Alex refused to refund my money. I explained I was away on holiday which meant I was unable to return it until I get back. His words to me were 'We are asking that you complete the form, not that you return the item'. Then two seconds later he tells me to return it knowing full well this would impossible. He seemed to enjoy playing games and making things hard for me. Tell me how is it ethical or fair for a company to keep my funds for months until I get back from my travels knowing full well the product is faulty. I’m absolutely shocked. Buyer beware.

I've always had slightly sensitive skin but shortly after turning 40 it turned really sensitive! I tried multiple skin care ranges and I had a reaction to all of them.
I came across Pai from an advert on Facebook and after filling in a help form with a picture of my poor red reactive face I received a reply from Katya and a plan to try and sort my face out.
Its been 3 months now and my face is finally happy again...no more redness or reaction. The products are not greasy and thankfully do not make my face break out.
I have found Pai to be great from a customer service point of view as well they have always been quick in replying to emails and when I had an issue with a pump on a product a replacement was sent out immediately.
Only a couple of niggles is that the moisturiser is in a lovely bottle however it is a plastic bag in the bottle which isn't ideal. The products are expensive and there always seems to be an offer on for a free product over a certain spend amount...it would be great if they just lowered the prices a bit instead of the free product offer that you might not even use.
Anyway these are minor points and I'm just grateful to have a skin care routine that my face is happy with.

I bought Rosehip oil and it arrived the next day - speedy service!
One star is far too high, I’d like to give them a minus. Purchased a cream from Pai because they claim their products are for sensitive skin and they’re supposedly “there for you” if you need help. I had a very severe reaction to the cream in question and weeks later my skin is still not healed. I contacted Pai immediately, explained everything and sent photos. They asked me to return the product to them to investigate it and said they would give me a refund. Over two weeks later and I had heard nothing from them. I contacted them and after sending them the tracking number for the return, again, they refunded me. No mention of my reaction, no explanation as to any testing of the cream I’d returned, was there a mistake in the formula? Who knows, I doubt they’ll contact me ever again, they simply do not care. Disgusting.

Ordered products the evening before and they arrived by the next afternoon which I was not expecting! No issues with any of the products contrary to other reviews.
Cuando te suscribes supuestamente te dan un código de descuento del 15%. Pues no funciona, pero los correos bien que llegan. Por otro lado te ofrecen 3x2 boosters, pues cuando los pones en el carrito tampoco se aplica la promoción. Me parece una estafa rastrera y que desprestigia a la marca.

Purchased the new body wash and in shower moisturiser. It’s okay-nothing wrong with it but just underwhelmed really. Fragrance is ever so slight but I didn’t find it pleasant. The new in shower moisturiser didn’t feel to do anything really. Slightly disappointed.

Ordered the Instant Kalmer Serum and the Rosehip Facial Oil for my sensitive, rosacea-prone skin. The facial oil seems very good, and I think the serum will work for me too, but I have a big moan - the impossible, terrible packaging! Unlike every other skincare product I've ever tried, Pai packs its products in horrible, thick, coarse cardboard that is just like the stuff that huge Amazon boxes use. Not only is the cardboard very offputting, because it's not exactly the texture I'm hoping to achieve, it's also packaged in a counter-intuitive manner. Instead of easy openings at the top and bottom of the carton, Pai packages open at the side, and you have to prize open the thick cardboard and manoeuvre the lotion out sideways, which is a real nuisance. I lost fifteen minutes and two fingernails doing this! Unless the serum turns out to be a miracle worker I shall not reorder, as I don't fancy the hassle of opening the package. Why can't they use thin, card containers with sensible top and bottom openings, like everyone else? What are trying to achieve with their nasty, frustrating cardboard puzzles? Beats me.

Beides lässt sich gut auftragen und zieht auch gut ein. Hautverbesserung könnte ich nicht erkennen.

They offer an over the phone consultant who listens to your skin concerns/issues and helps you to find what products will help with no pressure to buy any or all of it. They actually listen to you. And everything I have ordered has worked well with my sensitive skin. It is pricey but does last a long time and I feel it's worth it. I honestly can't remember when my first order or my consult was, so I put May 1st. I've ordered a few times with them, the latest being through their Amazon store.
I really do like Pai skincare products especially the featherweight eye-cream. The only problem is the delivery - Pai really needs to choose a different courier service. Once it was delivered to a random shop instead of my home address and all the other times I have ordered it’s taken almost 14 days to receive the products. This is too long in my opinion, especially when you’re delivering within Europe.
Im a fan of Pais products but the delivery is really bad. My first order never arrived. I orderd again and it again didnt arrive. I found out it was dropped at Some random store. Had to drive 30 minutes to find it there. Not worth the hassle.
Instead of a sample of sunscreen, a sampler gave me a bloody tissue/pad packed inside the sunscreen pack. Once I sent a friendly email to their customer service notifying them about the error, they offered no replacement for the sample or any other compensation for the rather traumatising experience with their products. Would definitely not buy!
Excellent all round service. Ordered a whole skincare routine for day and night. Items were shipped FAST! And arrived perfectly packed. A few comments said about the plastic bag being inside the bottle? This is for easier recycling and you still get the amount per gram you paid for even if you think the bottle is a bit big. Too early to comment on how good the products are for my skin but just for the shopping experience alone it gets 5 stars. If a product doesn't suit me doesn't mean there's an issue. The products have a light/no smell and have loads of excellent ingredients in so I am really happy. Can't wait to see how it goes over the next few weeks/months.
Tiny amount of product in a plastc bag in a deceptive frosted bottle that could hold double the amount you actually get. The cleanser for red skin burnt my face. The rosehip oil burnt my face. Pricey products that are not worth it. Scam
Its my first time with Pai Skincare and I absolutely love it! ❤️ I started using it 3 days ago and OMG my skin is so nice and looking so fresh. The customer service was great. Sarah was very nice and helpful. Delivery was super fast which I didn't even expect it that fast. For everything I'm absolutely recommending it!!!
Excellent skincare, I especially love their vitamin C oil (great results!) and zinc oxide suncream (which I use all year round). I've tried some of their serums and the glow products, all gentle on the skin and very pleasant to use.
This company claim to give you 15% off if you subscribe to their newsletter, it’s a complete scam!!! They never sent me the code, so I emailed them asking for it. It even says in their FAQ when emailing them…”I’ve not received my discount code”….and then suggests you to email them if that is the case….naturally hoping that people won’t be bothered to go to the hassle. The fact this is even a FAQ means they clearly are aware they don’t actually send a code to anyone and it’s a lie. I have emailed three times over the last week. Not a single response. Yet they manage to frequently send out the newsletter I am now signed up for. I think this is incredibly bad business practices and a company should not be allowed to scam clients this way. I have since had two other people sign up to their newsletter, and they also did not receive a code. Guessing they won’t ever email me back, cause they obviously don’t supply any discount. Therefore I now refuse to shop with them. They must loose so much business by lying to people this way. Sad really
