Took my car in at 8.30 for its 3rd…
Took my car in at 8.30 for its 3rd service, they didn't start on it till 3pm, my service is covered by e mac which pays for the service and certain parts plus a wash and a vacuum, which i didn't receive, plus they told me it needed spark plugs which are a part that is covered by my service plan but didn't change them because they said i had to pay for them separately, and I requested a E mac receipt with the parts and prices they had used and i didn't get one of them either, so overall I was only 50% happy with the service I received, I sent them a E Mail to forward me the E Mac receipt but they never replied.

Need to sort the phone communication
Really poor experience this time after using EH for over 6 years. Main issue was that nobody answers the phones in service after I had received emails saying the car needed additional work during health check.
Just a quick thank you to Ellie who works in new cars but kindly went to get somebody from service,. Also thanks to drivers who were collected and returned the car

The service went off without a hitch
The service went off without a hitch. It was quick, I got the video report and my car was cleaned on the outside when I collected it. The service was not expensive.
On dropping off my car I enquired about other issues with the car and was Informed there was a non-refundable diagnostic fee of £150 which would not be deducted from any repairs arising.
Although I would like dealer service and repair I will not be returning as I consider this unacceptable. All the garages are doing this now and for people with slightly older cars like me I suspect that they are helping the small independent garages by adopting this policy. That is undoubtedly where I will be going unfortunately.

Easy process and handled my concerns really well
Really easy process, Chris was great so helpful and friendly and never once made me feel pressured. Would definitely recommend using evans halshaw.
Had to tax my vehicle through a v62 and had some issues around this but Dan at Wakefield store has been great and dealt with my concerns efficiently.
