I arrived a little earlier than expected, there was a member of staff in the car park ready to take my vehicle and direct me to the support desk inside the main building. A really polite and helpful group of staff were in place and really could not do enough to ensure my visit was as nice of an experience as possible. Service dept - exceptional
I purchased my car from the Leeds branch and drove it back to Nottingham. An electrical fault developed after the 2nd week and I was advised to take to the local garage to be investigated. Christmas time pressure was evident but the garage managed to fit me in on the 27th December. The work was completed over a couple of visits where the technician took the time to explain to me exactly what the problem was, and why it was so difficult to detect. Throughout, the service team have been fantastic - what a wonderful team - exceptional in this day and age.
