Went to look at a renault scenic and as soon as we saw it we decided to go ahead and buy it. The car was emaculate..we sat down with the salesman called jake mason who i must say is brilliant at his job, he was very pleasant and couldnt have been more helpful than he was..He looked at what we could afford each month and sorted out a great deal for us..He even managed to have everything ready the following day when we collected the car..we are so pleased with the car and i would recommend evans halshaw to anyone...thanks again jake for eveything you done

Jake was a fabulous salesman, it was love at first sight (the car, not Jake 😂) ... a couple of negatives - trying to get through to anyone on the phone was horrendous, phone just rang & rang, then went off ... the car could of been cleaner when we picked it up, especially as we paid extra for it to be GaurdX'd... saying that, we would definitely go back & loved the fact they were so dog friendly 💙 ... Thank you Evans Halshaw, I'm sure we're going to have many happy roadtrips

Went to Renault Durham last week end to buy a car a Renault captur
Have a part ex to put in but because I didn't want the guard x and customer pack as extras they didn't want to know complete waste of time

I have recently had my car serviced at Evans Halshaw at Durham. As I am disabled they collected my car and returned it. The service on my car was fantastic, they also cleaned my car, there was also sweets and a thank you note on the seat. The service I received was second to none. I can certainly recommend

Ordered a new Megane E Tech in November for change of car on 23/02/2023 from EH in Durham.
After contacting the dealership I was informed the car was at the Bristol distributor on 28/12/2024. Good news on target. Many emails chasing the delivery advised all on target. Not heard from company for a few weeks do contacted them 10 days before date and received a response saying still all ok. Decided time was tight I contacted them again the week of delivery. No response so left a message. Sales Advisor called to say car still in Bristol but can't say why and presumably not been chased up fir progress. Less than 48 hours before my car was due told its not happening and can't provide a date so I cancelled the car. If the dealership can't provide customer service before delivery
then I would have no faith in them supporting me with any after sales issues. Very disappointed. Not good Customer Service.
