Excellent Customer Service
I bought a Ford Focus and was dealt with by Liz. She explained everything thoroughly to me and answered any questions and concerns that I had. Furthermore, there were a few minor problems with the car which Liz said she would try to resolve and would then get back to me (which she did). I found Liz extremely friendly, helpful, courteous and professional with a sense of humour (which I really liked!) I would recommend the staff at Evans Halshaw, especially Liz for her excellent customer service. Thank you.

Booked the car in as had squeaky breaks, was sent a full video of all the checks that were completed and asked to review before any additional work was carried out, nice to know the car is safe before heading into the winter months

Please do not use Mark at Wolverhampton he is unprofessional and can’t manage his work load resulting in panic and frustration which tainted the whole experience. He promised it would have fuel in the car and it didn’t so he was the first to drive it off the fore court to the petrol station! It should be the customer having the experience of driving through the doors.

Fab experience buying with Liz
I dealt with Liz, Alaric and Kate during the transaction for my gorgeous new car, they were all amazing! Liz was my go to girl and was fantastic. She worked so hard to secure me the car I was after.
