2nd time the car went in fixed egr but didn't have time to fix the fault with the fan apparently 8 hours is not enough couldn't be bothered more like

I have bought 6 cars over the years from Dave Dewhurst the man is brilliant at his job and 2nd to none I would never deal with anyone else

Very efficient and friendly service throughout. Thanks to Dave Dewhurst in sales. He made the purchasing process easy and straightforward, taking care of all the paperwork and delivery of the vehicle.

For over three months, I've been trying to get scratches and dints sorted on my car. During that time, I've had an engine management fault and a broken AC. Each item took over two weeks to fix with no courtesy car in sight. I was told the paint would be fixed during that time, but it wasn't for some reason. I now have to organise a third visit to try to get this done. I have far too much dissatisfaction to write in one review, including having email enquiries both directly and indirectly through the website completely ignored by staff; having comments like "we'll chase it" only to be forgotten about for days at a time; and a complete lack of responsibility of the car, leading to work not being completed (despite paying as part of the car package). Overall, I've never been more frustrated with a service before and I just want the paint fixed, so I can be done with Evans Halshaw.

Really excellent service from Dave Dewhurst in the used car sales team. Provided a personal approach and was more than willing to answer all questions and take us through the purchase process to make it hassle free event. I even rang Dave on his day off to cover a slight concern but he quickly sorted the issue and rang me straight back, 10 out of 10. Met with one of the salespersons (Sean Williams) who was lovely and helped us with finding the car that we were looking for and did his best to make the financing as smooth as possible, he was very friendly and I didn't feel any pressure or worries as I could feel that he was trustworthy and making sure I would leave the place with the best deal I could get. Came in Monday to talk options for the car and was able to leave with it on Tuesday.
