Just purchased a2020 Mazda CX5, from the Preston branch,had what was the best experience I’ve had when buying car from a dealership in nearly 50 years. Dave Dewhurst is to be commended for his efficient and pleasant manner, nothing too much trouble and everything explained in a way we could understand. Dave even drove us to the local post office to tax the car - I couldn’t do it on line at the dealership as no banking app on my mobile phone. Car is like new and is everything I required.

Lovely friendly staff. Took my Ford kuga in for a service. Explained everything they did, sorted my car. They also valeted and cleaned it for me, saved me a job. It's the little things!! Great service. Recommend Evans Halshaw Ford 10/10

Brought a ‘Brand New E-Transit’ in October and after 3 days complained about the range on the miles (supposedly 198miles range was only getting 145 fully charged) The miles over the next few weeks got worse, down to 95 miles so complained again and got told to take it to my local ford dealer (days money lost having to take a brand new van to be looked at) recieved the van back the same day and was told it just needed a system update and that the van will now charge to 175 miles, which it did… HOWEVER… the next day i had a 20 mile journey with 175 miles charge… by the time i got to the job i had 70 miles left on my charge!! That evening i charged the van again and it gave me 160miles, the next day 130, next day 119next day 103 and then 97!!! Im currently trying to return this van and i am having great difficulty in doing so! The van has been on my drive now for 6 weeks unused as it is NOT fit for purpose! When i asked if Ford have had trouble with the vans the reply was ‘YES but mine was the quickest for the miles to drop off’

So now having a £54000 van sat on my drive £1000’s of pounds out of pocket and having to still pay the monthly direct debit… Ford want nothing to do with it and i now have another job on my hands to try and claw back money lost!!

More like buying privately than from an actual dealership.
Had to hassle the salesman to give the service history.
No MOT certificate provided.
Had to pay via BACS, even though it says you can pay via card.
Test drove the car on Tuesday, said I would collect it the next Tuesday (7 days later because I had to work), was told the manager might put it back on sale (even though I had already paid a £200 deposit). Got a call the next day to see if I still wanted the car.
When I collected the car, the suspension was broken - Damian had told me that this was the trade plate making the noise when I test drove it previously.
Was offered £5750 for my old car, sold it elsewhere for £7500.
I spent £21000 at Evans Halshaw Preston, but it felt more like buying a car privately - not anything like any other car buying experience I have ever had, just really poor.

I had my 1st car with Evans Halshaw for about 8 months, the car had many issues with it however they was quick to resolve all of the issues.

I eventually wanted to get rid of the car because I could not trust it to not break down again.

Jarreth Brown made the process quick and easy to swap the car over to a new one through Evans Halshaw. I would highly recommend seeing Jarreth for a new car.

The car I have now is great and not had one problem with it.
