AVOID. Extremely disappointed in Evans Halshaw Ford Glasgow. I’ve bought multiple cars from this dealership. I’ve had issues but never had any problems getting them sorted. This time is different. I was sold a vehicle which I was told they had the service history. It somehow got “lost” when being transferred up to Glasgow. Brand manager not interested in resolving. Car flooded with screen wash in the drivers footwell. Took it in to get looked at. Didn’t fix and sent home. Flooded again. Alloy wheel refurbishment was terrible. Was told it would be fixed but got an email today confirming they won’t fix it. Overall poor service. I would avoid. I am now taking the complaint to the Alternative Dispute Resolution service for independent review. Take your money elsewhere. Take a look at their negative reviews. Quite a lot and most occasions, the dealership isn’t interested in helping.

Nice staff. Good communication. I got new tyres. I priced them against other suppliers and they were in the same ball park figure at the others, which was a pl;easant change compared to some other high profile car franchises.

The lady that dealt with me was polite, helpful,very professional and easy to speak to .. credit to your business .. can’t remember her name I’m afraid but it’s the Glasgow Cumbernauld road branch, receptionist, smaller women with blonde hair.. made it a lot easier for me with my anxiety

Great experience
