Evan’s Halshaw Glasgow have sold me an unsafe car. The cars rear passenger door intermittently does not close and I have provided video evidence of this however Evan’s Halshaw refuse to acknowledge the fault. This fault is a culmination of a catalogue of faults with the car since buying in September 2024. Avoid.

Sent my car in for a health check and came out with damage to the side of my car due obviously due to lack of care, my car went in better than it came out, this service could improved greatly if the staff looked after the cars of customers who are paying for a service

AVOID - faulty vehicles, poor management, lack of accountability, bullies!
AVOID. Extremely disappointed in Evan’s Halshaw Ford Glasgow and in particular the branch manager. I was sold a vehicle with full service history but it somehow “got lost” when the vehicle was delivered. Branch manager not interested in resolving the matter. Lied constant throughout communication. I would highly avoid. The car was sold with some faults too. 19 months old and front drivers footwell filling with screen wash anytime I used the back washer. Gearbox has problems. Rattling when driving. The list goes on. I am in the process of taking the complaint to the alternative dispute resolution service. Watch this space. Evan’s halshaw will respond to the feedback left here but will do absolutely nothing about it. Read previous reviews. Stay away and use a more reputable dealership.
