Efficient service
Efficient service, my car was completed within the time allocated, and that is important to me.
Quiet area to sit whilst I waited.
Might have liked a hot drink, however the worktop was full of dirty cups and the one remaining was literally stuck (rim side down) to the tray, so u declined.
Otherwise, everything as good.

I bought a second hand car from this…
I bought a second hand car from this company four months ago and when I bought the car they told me that they gave me their own warranty for 3 months and they did not say that it was legally under warranty for 6 months and I researched and found that there was a problem with the electrical current of my car and I told them many times and they diagnosed the fault but they said there was no problem when I first got the car and I got a rendav before and I went and when I got my car I got an extra pireminium warranty package they looked at my car and said that my car's door handle was faulty and they asked me for 488 pounds and I said that arzacom was under warranty and they said that the warranty company did not cover this and I said that the door handle works with electricity and they did not accept this now I will complain to consumer rights just so you know I paid a total of 650 pounds I called customer services but I did not get any results and they called me again at the Wrexham dealership and they said they could not do anything about this I said I will complain to consumer rights and they called me and I wanted my car to be returned because they charged me close to 800 pounds and they removed the door handle and put it back I found the door handle on the seat inside my vehicle. No one is satisfied in terms of workmanship and customer satisfaction. I looked at the Facebook pages. Nearly 20 people are not satisfied and nearly 13 people are satisfied. That means I will not buy a vehicle from this company, I will not buy a single needle from there anymore and I do not recommend it to anyone.
