Very efficient service throughout

Routine Mot found a leak from the waterpump if not spotted could have been a catastrophic failure

I was expecting call twice yesterday nobody called me with my vehicle update.
I mentioned service team staff we are not local let us know couple hours before my vehicle is ready but nobody informed us.
I caught train with my son. All lines was getting cancelled. We took taxi from Birmingham international for garage & informed garage we will be there very close to closing time.
The service staff was so rude she mentioned if I don’t do the payment asap I wouldn’t receive my vehicle.
Absolutely rude female staff no courtesy disappointed customer service.
Mine biggest mistake purchased my vehicle from Car store & bought warranty from Evan Halshaw.
You don’t deserve 1 star👎

Sarah in the sales team was excellent, managed to locate a car quickly and offered a good price for our part exchange.

I am happy with everything, Evans Halshaw at Walsall have been very helpful and have always looked after me.

Fixed my car after warranty due to their delays which was great. Although it took nearly 2 months to book car I'm which wasn't good enough. Also staff were not very friendly at the desk.

Had my car just over 1 month.
Had 3 repairs on it thus far.
Not so bothered about getting the repairs but mainly the lack of contact Iv had thus far.

Had absolutely 0 contact in terms of what needed to be done to rectify the issue.

I bought a used car on 31July from here. When I arrived to collect it I was asked to pay for fuel then I was asked to pay for the HPI check and history of the vehicle. As I was driving home I noticed the steering wheel was vibrating badly. When I got home I went straight to my garage and organised to get a full inspection of the vehicle. This inspection found that the front offside tyre had been replaced but no weights had been put on also no history of DSG or Heldex this cost me £100 4 days after buying the car. Today the car went to have the DSG and Heldex completed on it. That cost me £394. So in less than a month of having a used car I have spent £500.
There website says HPI checks are included in used car prices and no hidden extras!

Be very careful if you are buying a used car from them. I will not ever buy from them again. What should have been a good experience was totally ruined and I am out of pocket.

used car after sales interminable. within warranty. two weeks and still waiting for a clutch to be fixed.

Bought used car with 3000 miles.3 wks later after back tyre constantly loosing pressure checked my car in for check up.They identified 2 nails unrepairable and said I needed 2 new tyres..totalling £340.They would not accept any responsibility so I decided to take my car home & check in with my local tyre garage in Telford.Driving on the way back...35 miles we realized they had not returned the wheel nut to the compartment in the car.Consequently they had to send a salesman with it to my house later that evening.What a shower.
Next day I got 1 tyre repaired...cost £25.
I will NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM
Evans Halshaw again.They are completely without out any scruples & have no idea of customer service.
Location of garage is not good either.Nothing to do whilst waiting/negotiating etc.Walsall Art Gallery is worth a couple of hours of distraction but surrounding area is pretty tatty.We couldn't even walk into town by the canal because of the contamination alert.

I decided to upgrade my 11 year old Fiesta.
Popped into Evans Halshaw in Walsall to have a look around.
Dayton Bisla asked if I needed assistance, told him my requirements and he helped me choose a car.
He was very informative, answered all my questions and talked me through the whole process.
(definitely not the proverbial car salesman – do they still exist LOL)
I did say that I would go away and have a think. Then I thought what else do I need to know Dayton had explained everything and I was offered a decent price for my old car!
I bought the car there and then.

Truly professional team work carried out was excellent no faults I was told what needed to be done and it was carried out to high standards the car was even cleaned before being bought back to me

I recently had a great experience getting an MOT for my Audi at Evans Halshaw Ford Walsall. On arriving to get my MOT done, there had been a system error meaning that my booked MOT did not show up on their systems, Despite this, the staff there were incredibly accommodating and made sure that l was still able to be booked in that day. I was set up to be able to work from their showroom and the communication was brilliant all day. I'll be coming back here for all future related work.
