We had the best experience at Citroen Mansfield. We had Jordan helping us out getting a new car and he did all he can to get us the car we wanted which was successful. He was easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable. I would highly recommended this branch and all the staff are lovely especially Jordan.

Patient and Reassuring Service
I just bought a mini-cooper from Jordan at Evan Halshaw. I was very keen to get a new car, but hesitant as I hadn't bought a new car in a long tome. Jordan was patient, reassuring but not pushy and ensured I got the best deal I could. Within two days I had a lovely new car with very little stress.

Jordan and Luke were both really good
Jordan and Luke were both really good, explained everything really well and answered all questions promptly both before and during the sale. Extra addons were offered with a bit of pressure but not nearly enough to be off-putting. Car is great, in very good condition and although service history is not updated online, I have had a full paper trail. Bit of a mark on the wing mirror where the stock sticker was applied, may want to consider a different adhesive as the one used is a bit of a pain to get off. Other than those minor niggles, an excellent experience, would recommend.

Went to just look at the boot size, came away with a new car
Went to just look at the boot size of a mini countryman as I wanted to look further into purchasing one into the near future, the car was too good of a deal to not buy that day, after speaking with Jordan who explained everything we needed to know about hybrid mini's. They gave us a decent price on my part exchange. The transaction was all smooth and completed in a timely manner. I was able to test drive the car, complete the sale and collect within 24hrs. Big shout out to Anthony, at Citroen Evans Helshaw.
Right from our initial meeting, Anthony made us feel comfortable and completely understood our needs.
Unfortunately due to higher management, we didn't get to see the sale through with Anthony, due to dealership dynamics, however Anthony had already been so helpful upto us leaving, we knew the ins and outs and the rest of the process was ok. However we wished that the dynamics of the storess were not a factor and we could of agreed a sale with Anthony.
