My first experience with the service centre after changing my vehicle to a Citroen electric vehicle.

Very happy with the service visit. Staff polite and helpful and no issues with the car service itself. Comfortable customer waiting area as I had the service whilst waiting.

Will have no hesitation in returning for future services or other car problems if they arise.

yesterday i bought a car worth just shy of £11k, i was very excited to come and see this car and then purchase it. Lewis was an amazing salesman and helped me every step of the way with any enquiry i had. i spoke with him on the phone at first and was asking questions about the service history etc and he had all the answers that i needed. We arrived there, took it for a test drive and was more than happy to take it. They had a 7 day free insurance scheme with another company which i tried to enroll in but was unsuccessful due to my age (18). after driving 2h45m to get home we had a further look at the vehicle after it was cleaned and have found the front passenger tyre had bad damage on the outside and the back left had a bubble poking out of the side, both which could have exploded on the way back. apart from that the oil was perfect and the car drove amazingly. could’ve just been a one off but at the end of the day for a car that was stated to be fully checked over for safety concerns. I opened the sun visor in the passenger side, and the mirror was cracked, yes i should have checked this but for something stated as fully checked this should have been spotted. On auto trader the car was stated as having a satnav, on the way home getting the satnav on it came up with an error with no SD card in the vehicle, was very disappointed in this as we were promised a sat nav and this wasn’t even checked to see if it works. Finally, the valeting was not good at all we found receipts and lots of general dirt inside the vehicle and for a £11k car this should certainly not be the case. overall, this has costed me more than i wanted in repairs so far.

AVOID like the plague, they claim to offer you £500 extra for your px, when in fact they offer you £500 less than it's actual value!! Absolute Con!!

My first telephone conversation was with the sales manager Lemi who was great and really honest about the car that I wanted to purchase which is important to me. Upon getting to the dealership Lemi introduced me to luke who would be dealing with my enquiry. We ended up buy the car which was immaculately prepared . The team couldn't do enough for us and it was totally stress free experience. Being in vehicle sales myself I had high expectations and these was well and truly exceeded. Service completed on time. Video of checks appreciated and thorough approach very professional. Hire car automatic which could be an issue for some but I'm ok with it.

I bought a used vehicle from them. Recived it with missing parts, even though they stated it would be replaced before collection. The vehicle deveolped faults within 13 days. Once the vehice was returned for repair, there was no commuinication with them. They kept the veicle for 22 days before stating the repair was complete. I only had the veicle for another 10 days before the fault occured again and a new one developed. On returning the vehicle back and requesting a full refund followed by a complaint, did they start communicating and sorting the vehicle. Yet, they are denying me my full refund after only having the vehicle for 23 days (which were not consecutive days). They are not honest in their return policy and they are trying not to return my payment in full, which I am entitled to.
They need upto date training on their communication skills. They need to be honest and fair with their customers. They need to take into account the distress their actions can cause.
I would not even give a 1 star if there was a 0. I would never buy from them again.

Kept me informed when service and mot were due. Very pleasant and helpful in reception.Nice to see the video of the inspection for the mot.
