Looking at your order with us, the order was placed on Friday 26th June and as we do not operate over the weekend, the order was not with our courier until Monday 29th June.

I ordered a product online in which the website says next working day. Four days later, I got in touch to ask if it had been dispatched as I needed it for an event; only to get a reply saying it won’t be available until July. No one contacted me and informed me, really poor communication.

Showing an item in stock is misleading when as soon as you place order you are notified it is not in stock.
