Only part order received, and out of the 6 buckets 4 were badly damaged due to poor packaging.

I can see that part of the order was out of stock, and I can only apologise that you were not made aware of this at time of ordering.
Regards the damaged buckets, we have placed a replacement order for you - I believe we are due more stock at the end of July! Please give us a call if you'd like to look at alternative items or a refund.

Looking at your order with us, the order was placed on Friday 26th June and as we do not operate over the weekend, the order was not with our courier until Monday 29th June.
