Thank you to ETS emergency windscreen as they really help me out they really are the 4 emergency service I had a windscreen fitted from blackcountry windscreen had nothings but probably fitted the wrong windscreen found out the rear view mirror won’t fitted than found out the windscreen wipers arm were fitted wrong and had to get ETS emergency windscreen to put it right after hearing my story they were shocked and when out of they way to put it right free of charge I would highly recommended them to everyone they are the true professional and very reliable and affordable Black Country windscreen really gave me the run around I won’t recommend them to anyone

I was so impressed with the service, price and quality of job from ETS today. They went way beyond the call of duty as they had to remove a wheel carrier which took a while. I would have accepted and understood a decline to help me because of this complication but they didn't and just got stuck in. Thank you so much. I'd recommend them to anyone.

The best service ever they ordered the glass fitted it and even though there was alot of complications because of the manner in which the car had been broken into the boys got onto it straight away they went out of their way to ensure they did a excellent job. It was absolutely freezing cold but that did not stop the boys they worked hard and did the job cannot fault ETS at all, they came out and they were soo understanding throughout the whole time.
I honestly I cannot recommend them enough.. they have gone above and beyond with my situation and I am so happy with how they worked and what they did.
I wouldn't go anywhere else

In a nutshell: Excellent service and value for money to boot, following rampant car vandalism in my local area.

My door window was smashed in by vandals aiming to steal my dash cam (sad to say, they succeeded). Upon notifying my insurance company to make a glass replacement claim, I was told that they could only book me in five days later (expecting me to just leave my car vulnerable on the road)! So, upon doing some further research, I stumbled upon E.T.S. Emergency Windscreens following a DuckDuckGo search. I was pleased to find out that they could drop everything and have the window replaced and the car vacuumed out in just twenty-four hours! I was told that apparently they had to go as far as Stafford just to find the right window, which they said they were more than happy to do. I went to pickup my car after work, paid up, and I was merrily on my way in no time at all. Not only was everything done swiftly and professionally, but the team at E.T.S. were very friendly and reassuring, not to mention the lifetime warranty (which certainly gives some extra peace of mind).

Cannot fault ETS at all, they had ordered a Range rover screen as mine had a massive crack in it, but unfortunately the car got stolen a day before they were due to come out and they were soo understanding throughout.
I have a new car now and it had a small chip on it and without hesitation they came out to my work place to fix it and honestly I cannot recommend them enough.. they have gone above and beyond with my whole situation and I am so happy with how they work and what they do

Had massive stone chip today. Definitely looked like it was going to need a windscreen replacement. Tim managed to save the windscreen with the smart repair process. Totally professional and great price. Top job and very polite and courteous. Definitely recommend ETS.

Extremely pleased with the fast efficient friendly and professional service i’ve received today with E.T.S Emergency windscreens.
From first contact to completion of the job it literally took 2 hrs, with the windscreen being fitted in 40 mins max.
This has been a lifesaver for me as my M.O.T was booked in for the following day.
What a relief it is to to have been able to get this done working such a short time.
100% will recommend them

I had a specific issue with my van windscreen. After calling over 12 different companies ETS were the obvious choice within seconds of speaking to them.

Excellent knowledge, honest open service, efficiently and quick.

I wish every company I dealt with had just 10% of these guys professionalism.

Where do i start!!

3 of my windows were smahsed on my vehicle on the 26th of March. Because of where my car was parked, I didn't notice this until the 28th of March.

I called E.T.S Emergency Windscreens and Tim was able to find glass specifically for my car within MINUTES!!!!

I was very impressed how quick he was able to get the glass needed for my car & fit it on the same day!!!

I did call other windscreen repair companies & they were all stating how they can't come out on the same day 😡

Tim has the best suppliers and I would recommend this company to friend and family.

Absolutely 1st class service, nothing is too much for E.T.S Emergency Windscreens. Customer satisfaction is a priority for them. They sorted my rear view mirror perfectly. I've been using Ets Emergency Windscreens for all our fleet. Can highly recommend Tim and boys to do the job to a high standard. Can't fault the guys always looking after me to get the fleet back on the road ASAP. If you require any windscreens or other glass then Ets are your guys.
