I required an emergency replacement front windscreen for my BMW 520d. They sourced the Glass straight away and replaced it quickly. Tim was very professional, had great friendly banter and made me a lovely cup of tea while he installed the windscreen.
I would use again and highly recommend to anyone.

I have had a great experience today with the service from ETS, from the initial phone call to completion of the windscreen replacement. Rich arrived earlier than the original timeslot. Professional, courteous and did a great job. Very competitive company - would highly recommend.

I phoned ETS about a new windscreen for my daughter’s car and they managed to fit me in the next day and came to my house to fit it. The engineer Rich phoned me to confirm when he would be arriving and turned up exactly at that time. He was very friendly, efficient and professional and had the job done in just an hour. I had a windscreen fitted this morning. Booked yesterday for a time convenient for me, Rich and Luke arrived as arranged.
The service was great Rich and Luke were, prompt, polite and professional, they certainly knew what they were doing, all connections and sensors were checked and tested before they finished. Paying and receiving my receipt and warranty couldn't have been easier.

Great service from ets I rang three places trying to get my rear view mirror reattached all turned me down until I rang ets no problem bring it down we will sort that for you and they did top blokes 👍

Beat a quote from one of the big nationwide companies by £140. Top quality British standard screens which have been recently manufactured. Recommend! Recommend! Recommend!

When I called ETS looking for a fix for my shattered window, I had already called multiple other companies who said they will get back to me but never did or they just had no fix for me. However Tim and ETS listened to my query, promised a call back and actually called back. When he called back he gave me multiple options on what to do and offered a very reasonable quote in comparison to all the many companies I called. By the time I arrived at ETS, I was given a lovely cup of tea and more information about what they were going to do before proceeding. I would recommend ETS 10/10 times. Brilliant customer service and very reliable. My issue was sorted in the same day and in less than an hour! Thank you to Tim and the rest of the team.

I am very happy with the service provided by ETS emergency windscreens. Getting a quote and arranging an appointment was hassle free. They use high quality replacement windscreens which satisfy British safety standards. The staff were very friendly and competent. Ash in particular was excellent!. I was warmly greeted on arrival and was made comfortable when the work was carried out. They offer lifetime guarantee for their work. This family run business is amazing! This morning I found my car had been broken into, the window smashed and media console stolen. I rang and spoke to Sally. She was so helpful and even though she tried to find the glass I needed she made helpful suggestions and put me on the right track. Once I had got the glass I needed Tim fitted it for me and even put all the loose wires from my media console away so it was safe for me to drive. He was so friendly and honest and even suggested how I could get the console sorted by suggesting other business that he trusted! Tim also vacuumed all the broken glass out of my car which was an unexpected and very kind gesture. I had been quoted by a well known windscreen repair company that the job would be £650 and they couldn't do it for another 3 days. Sally and Tim got me in and fixed my window so it was safe in a matter of hours and the fitting only cost me £90! I am so gratefully to these pair and would highly recommend them! Absolutely impeccable service!! So pleased from start to finish! Firstly spoke to Sally on the phone who was lovely and very helpful!! Then went and seen Tim who was just brilliant, he knew what he was talking about, explained everything to me, was so friendly and accommodating and did an amazing job on replacing the front windscreen on my car leaving it looking brand new in absolutely no time at all, and as an added bonus you get lifetime warranty!

Driver's window was smashed overnight. My first thought was to phone Autoglass... £550 if I paid and booked today otherwise it would be £800 ...and no appointments today. They could come after the weekend. Tried E.T.S Emergency Windscreens... here within the hour, first class job, hoovered the car out, quick, easy, efficient £142.... unbelievable! Would highly recommend !!

The service I received was fantastic! I was greeted with a huge welcoming smile & staff were polite & welcoming.

I was able to have my windscreen changed in next to no time & at a reasonable cost. Staff reassured me as to the cost by showing me on their system so very transparent & open.

Fantastic friendly service. Called up on a Saturday morning and was able to take my car down the same day to leave it there over the weekend and collect on the Monday. Quoted less than a quarter of what Autoglass quoted me. Could not fault the service. Highly recommend.
