Purchased an expensive high quality teak furniture set, with cover and seat pads totalling nearly £2k in 2022 and two years later the chairs are coming apart at the joints. We went for teak as we wanted something solid that would last. Unfortunately, the chairs are not built to last, despite covering over winter and carefully looking after the set. Contacted customer support who can’t help.
Disappointing to invest in a set that doesn’t last longer than 2 years.

Good communication. Delivery men unpacked chairs and took away all the packaging,good quality product.

We wanted to order a patio furniture set but a simple phone call to Eternahome put me off dealing with them completely.
The girl on the phone was arrogant and her answer to simple questions was "it's all on the website" It's not all on the website and she couldn't answer if the items are in stock or the delivery time.

EDIT: Order of £1199 for very similar (most likely the same furniture) placed elsewhere less than an hour later

I think most businesses are delighted to sell twelve hundred quids worth of furniture and try to win a new customer. However if you would like to hear how NOT to treat a customer try phoning this shower

Ordered the Maximus 180cm round table with 8 chairs for c£1,600. Waited over two months for delivery and continually had to chase them for dates etc. Annoying, but nothing unusual here for this type of furniture.

When the furniture arrived it looked really great and we were very happy. However, within 6 months cracks had appeared on the table and the chairs were cracked so badly that two of the arms separated.

Sent through photos as requested and they quickly agreed to send a replacement table and two chairs. But they never sent them. I have an email trail spanning 4 months of them promising to get in touch with a delivery date but then never doing it. I wish I’d read some of the other reviews on here first - it seems this is not an isolated approach - keep agreeing to replace goods that fall apart and then never sending them.

It then got worse where they accused me of sending the delivery driver away which is just not true. Not only did no-one ever contact me to set a date, but we and all our neighbours have cameras and no-one came to the house.

In the end I got sick of just being given the run around and gave up chasing. Very disappointing for such a big investment but life is too short to keep chasing companies like this that cease to care once they have your money. I’d rather they’d just said no to replacing the obviously faulty items than keep saying yes with no intention of doing so.

In summary, there are lots of other companies that sell this stuff - do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. It might look great when it arrives but if it goes wrong you are on your own. I am not the only person that has had this experience with this company.

Needed a good product to refinish a VERY weathered teak bench. Ordering on line was simple, great delivery and excellent product with clear instructions. THANK YOU Eterna home ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of the chairs arrived damaged in transit but it was replaced quickly and with very little effort on our part. Thank you so much Eterna home.

Love my table! It is beautiful and looks even better in person than I expected. I also appreciate all the help I received by phone and email from various employees at the company regarding which table to choose from for my needs and space and for their quick response to my questions and for their enduring patience as I made my ultimate decision.

Absolutely fantastic garden chairs - all the reviews are right that these are the most comfortable chairs ever! Fast delivery and well packed with easy to understand self assembly instructions.

Table delivered fine back in March but 9 months later we are still waiting for the table cover (paid for) with no response to emails at all. Very poor customer service. The table has been fine but I wouldn’t recommend them. No way to treat customers.

Garden and rattan furniture delivered. So far so good!

Unfortunately I have to echo the other Eterna customers' reviews here, who cite good quality furniture but very poor communication and customer service from Eterna.

I ordered a garden furniture set from their website in early August. From the start they did not give the most professional impression; I received no notifications of dispatch or delivery timescales, so I had to call for updates.

When our furniture set arrived ten days later with a parasol missing, and Eterna followed up with an email advising me my order was complete, I lodged a complaint requesting a credit of the cost of the parasol as a goodwill gesture. I received a call back within 24 hours agreeing to this, so I sent my bank details for payment. I did not receive payment or a response.

I called in early October, and a director took my call who advised me that they had sacked the customer service operative for being too generous to customers. He then proceeded to blame everyone (striking couriers, former members of staff, their suppliers) but himself. He did however request that I re-send my complaint email chain to him, which I did. Unfortunately I never received a reply.

The parasol eventually arrived several days later: to our billing address (our old first floor flat with no garden) rather than our delivery address. I advised Eterna the following day that I had made the 40 minute round trip to collect the parasol, and requested an update on my complaint resolution.

Every time I call I am advised that somebody will give me a call back to discuss my case. I'm still waiting.

It's a shame, as the furniture is pretty good. I may well have considered ordering further pieces from Eterna, had this first experience with them not been so disappointing.

The table and chairs are good quality for the price. The round extendable table we received was however not the same model as in the pictures when we ordered - it was supposed to have a hole for a parasol in its round unextended form, but this is not the case. A small issue.

More annoyingly, it’s now been 3 months without any communication from the company in response to our emails regarding the cushions that were part of the deal, but which we never received or a replacement for the chair that arrived broken. This is obviously unacceptable, as summer has come and gone while we have waited.

I will not be returning to eterna, and will look into available redress given that we have not been provided with what we ordered and paid for.

The table and chairs, have a good quality, but we order table cover as well and is over half of an year and we didn't receive it yet...
That's the only reason why order from them...i am hoping that maybe as Christmas gift we will receive it, even if my table is damaged from the rain that we had lately...

Customer service doesn’t come much worse than this - shame there’s no lower score to reflect this. So exceptionally bad, in fact, that it’s hard to believe it’s not intentional. Today Eterna delivered us a FOURTH table. Of the four tables offered so far, two have had significant damage, and two have been simply the wrong product. We have been in touch with Eterna on countless occasions, and in none of these calls or emails has anyone taken any ownership of the farce that has unfolded, or so much as apologised. In fact, most emails go completely unanswered - notably including the one I sent last week where I specifically asked them to double check that the correct table was being sent, which today we found out (the hard way) had also been ignored. The obvious lack of quality control could be forgiven to an extent if it were not for the total lack of concern for resolving our predicament. Sadly the promise of delivery within 7 working days was also proven to be pure fiction. It is next to impossible to get in touch with Eterna, and harder still to get any semblance of ownership of the issue. As far as an apology for my inconvenience, I gave up all hope of that three tables ago. Truly atrocious, best avoided.

I have to say that I was extremely frustrated with the long delay in delivery and the furniture was then delivered to the wrong address but I am absolutely delighted with it the quality is excellent. and it has already seen much use and is always admired. `i will order again.

After seeing some of the reviews for this company I had reservations about delivery and customer service. I called them and although there was nobody to take my call they called me back very quickly and quoted a delivery schedule. Not only was the garden furniture delivered within the quoted time we are very pleased with the quality and it represents excellent value for money. I would definitely use this company again.
