Everything from the order process, the delivery and product its self have been fab.
Ordering was super easy, delivery was earlier than the stated wait time and the delivery drivers were super friendly and helpful when they arrive.
We had a slight damage on one of the chairs and 2 cushions were slightly different colours to the rest so I called eterna, their staff were super helpful and friendly and I didnt have to wait long to get through, I sent my email they asked with the pictures and they replied the same day about replacing me the damaged chair and cushions, these were delivered the week after, again great delivery guys who checked the product for me to make sure all was okay and then left with the damaged one. The product it self is well made, just what we wanted and looks amazing. Thanks eterna for a 10/10 service we will be using you again.

Great communication, table was just lovely
From the point of ordering to delivery, the communication was great and everything happened when they said it would. The spiral teak table I got is really beautiful, thick smooth teak which looks as though it will last a lifetime. Quality product and quality company.

Amazing design and quality.
Found the table and chairs on line and chairs were so different from the normal. Thickness of the table top was good and we had a choice of colour on the cushions so we ordered. It has been delivered within two weeks and wow what a find. Really pleased with the table and chairs and the delivery drivers were really good too. Have already recommended a friend look to purchase from you.

Despite some of the negative reviews, Eterna Home provided quick delivery and excellent service. The garden furniture is of top quality, very sturdy and thick. Cushions could be slightly thicker but all round a quality product. Would purchase again.

All 8 chairs damaged
We ordered 8 outdoor dining chairs - every single chair arrived damaged / completely smashed. Whilst accidents happen, these must have been dropped from a great height. They were not packaged sufficiently well given their bulk and weight either.

However, we hope that you feel we acted swiftly to collect the items, and issue a full refund within 6 days of arrival, having delivered your order within 5 days of placing it. Whilst we feel that this rating is a bit harsh considering the damages were out of our control, and happened in transit, we totally understand your frustration here. We apologise for the inconvenience caused on this occasion, and hope that it would not put you off purchasing with us in the future.

Superior service and product
The initial shipment included one damaged part. One call sorted it out and a replacement was shipped, delivered and assembled for me with days. All staff involved from the company's contact through to the delivery staff were exceptionally helpful and easy to work with. I do not hesitate in recommending this company.
