Complete scam. Ordered in November 2025 . 2 months later . Bot responses to my email queries and no sign of the goods . Do not wast your money on this obvious scam company!!!!!

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from this company. The return policy is a joke and the hair is trash. DO NO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

If I could give no stars I would. Spent thirty dollars on bangs, ordered two to compare colours as the website said buy with confidence, returns accepted. Now I find the returns are to China which costs more than the horrible product. Not human hair, terrible yellow brass colour and wispy. I’ve wasted money. Do not buy from this company.

This company is an absolute joke. Scam. This has to be by far one of the worst products I’ve ever purchased. Not only was it way later than what they said it would be. There’s literally five strands of hair attached to this hair piece. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Looks nothing like what they show online. What a joke.

Beware! Do not buy this product. I order dirty blond bangs and received strawberry blonde bangs. I reached out to Customer Service & they wanted pictures of the bangs which I sent. They then told me that the color I received was dirty blonde according to their color consultants. The bangs are not, they are red! They will not issue me a refund, but said they would send me a different color but I would have to pay the shipping fee of $8.95 - no way would I ever deal with a shady company like them. They are frauds.

I bought three sets of clip-on bangs, two of one color and one of another in case one of the colors wasn't right for me. Well, let me just say that neither color is right and the hair is so fake looking that I will NEVER wear them. I tried to return them and was told that they'd only give me a 10% refund. I thought there was a 100% guarantee, that is NOT the case.

I typically do more research on products before I buy but the post I saw had lots of good reviews. I guess they were fake too. I can't imagine anyone really liking the quality or color of the hair.

I ordered a hair bang clip through Shop Pay. It was horrible! Color did not match the website nor did the quality. The site offered 30 day money back guarantee. Im now in day 5 of trying to work with CHINA! So far they have offered a 10% then 20% but can't get a RA or return address. Although the package says it came from CA, I'm told the item must be returned to China. So either they are trying to stall me outside of the 30 day return period, or even if I send back, they can claim they never received it. Really upset that Shop Pay is representing this fraudulent company. Now that I look back, I'm seeing hundreds of reviews just like this or that they never got their item although paid for. Ive deleted my Shop Pay account ...about all I can do.

29 emails with idiot robots and Eterna still refuses to refund the shipping charges. They keeps sending harassing emails stating it's against their policy.
They shipped me the WRONG item and expect me to pay for the shipping!
I'm sure the CEO needs the money. Ha!
Time for a class action suit. I'm sure this happens alot.

The worst product I’ve ever received. The hair texture was like a doll’s hair, blonde color was totally brassy, the amount of hair was so thin that you could see clip through the hair, wasn’t a clip on. Just a let down all together. By the reviews, I’m not alone.

Ordered dirty blonde. Went through weeks of fighting. I got yellow/orange. Not even close. They say LOVE IT OR FREE. They offer me a 10% credit, I say no..say FREE. Then they offer 20%. I repeat NO. Requested a return authorization since I shouldn’t pay for something that is their fault. They refused to send and now are crediting my account ONLY FOR THE BANGS, NOT THE SHIPPING. In addition, their ads show full bangs and these are very scarce and bad cut.

I am many emails deep trying to return the bangs. They are awful. All I am asking for is a return address. They keep offering discounts, but I want a full refund and to return them. They are now claiming their warehouse can't receive returns. Why didn't I check the reviews first?

This is the most god awful company!!! I am currently 22 emails deep, trying to get the correct replacement bang piece. I ordered silver. They sent greyIII. The piece I received is yellow! It looks like white hair that has been effected by hard water and needs to be washed with purple shampoo. Not to mention the fact that the package says greyIII, not silver. I sent pictures and explained the situation, they, after continual back and forth, acknowledged the wrong one was sent and said if I pay the s&h, they will replace it. After telling them that I should not have to pay because it was their mistake in the first place, they agreed. Then the whole 'friendly' arguing with me that the correct one was sent and we will be happy to replace it, just pay the s&h. It has been the biggest, most frustrating conversation! And I know what they are doing. They hope to get me to just say "screw it" and give up. Save yourself!! Don't order from this company directly!!!!

I placed an order 5 weeks ago. Paid extra for the priority shipping. 5 weeks and my order is still “Being Prepared”. Their online shipping policy states shipping is 6-20 days after the order is placed. Every email I’ve sent asking if there is an issue, they have stated that there is no issue and it’s being prepared. One email admitted that they didn’t even have any of the item I ordered, but rather than mark it as “Sold Out” And prohibit people from ordering something that they cannot provide, they just took and kept my money and won’t complete my order. $100 gone. Scammers.

Found via YouTube but checked out website which looked legit so went ahead and purchased clip-in bangs (fringe). Firstly I received no confirmation of purchase and thought I’d imagined ordering them. Many weeks later, a squashed package arrived with said bangs. The piece is laughable with sparse strands of hair which bore no resemblance to the lush fringe advertised on the website. The colour is very good and it is on an oval mesh base with a good quality clip in an appropriate colour. Despite this I can’t recommend it due to the sparseness of the hair in the piece.

4 weeks later and haven’t received anything.
Emailed them several times asking for my order and keep getting the same response back “don’t worry it’s shipped”
Had to open dispute with Paypal and they haven’t responded there either.
